I know many of these lenders personally and professionally. One of the great things about this company is they can get competitive pricing that so many other lenders can't. They approve and close deals ridiculously fast! This is imperative in this crazy market and can be the difference between getting a deal accepted or not.

Ian was a rockstar! This was our second time around buying a house but it was after we bought in the 2008 bubble which left us terribly concerned what happened last time might happened again. None of it did and Ian reassured us along each step of the way. He was quick to answer any questions (we had plenty) and was easily accessible. Our process felt like a long one, but through each step, Ian gave great feedback and front loaded us with information so we came into it prepared and armed with knowledge.
