The guys were super kind to my being overwhelmed about car issue and getting stuck in there parking lot entrance, they helped move it and quick look at the issue. They gave me realistic expectation of when they would be able to do it, and then same day let me know they would be able to do it next day! Saved me so much stress and worry!! Thank you guys!!

I took my PT Cruiser in because it was overheating. They replaced my water pump which is a major thing on those cars. They explained what needed to be replaced and why. Their pricing is very reasonable. They are courteous and friendly. They have my business for life!

this used to be my number one spot to go to in town. I never had any issues for 20 years with that place until ownership changed from the head mechanic to whoever the heck owns it now not sure don't really care. All I know is they used to be a great family owned business. They used to want to work on any car possible even if they had a two week waiting. Period. They would still figure out a way to help and nowadays if you don't have an appointment apparently they're going to tow your stuff away so look forward to that. Look forward to getting shitty customer service and definitely look forward to over paying for everything, I used to recommend people to that place to anybody that needed car help/info but with a change of ownership I highly recommend nobody goes there unless you want to waste money or not have things fixed properly, sadly, my grandfather's legacy has completely disappeared from that place and again, I really appreciate all the not helping you did. it Definitely meant a lot.

Trying to find honest mechanics is tough. I've been going there for about 3 yrs now. I got some years on my rigs so I keep breaking em...but they keep putting me back on the road. Hopefully for another 100,000 miles. ?

I always have a good experience here. Their prices are really fair compared to a lot of other places. In the past Foothills Mazda has always quoted me nearly double the price that Five Mile does. I have taken my car here for different repairs about 3 or 4 times and they’ve done a great job every time. I just think they are an honest, quality service that I can depend on and I really appreciate that.

Ron knows his s**t. I only had to give one little detail and he knew the rest. He was ready to recieve the vehicle and was super reassuring about what steps were gonna be taken to begin and was willing to answer any and all questions pertaining to the issues. He was also very patient with all my extra requests on diagnosing and any future breakdown prevention and what to look for on will have to/ and needs to be dealt with now kinda issues. This is one happy customer. Thanks guys!

I took my car here because another mechanic shop told me that my water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced ASAP. This place investigated my water pump and found it not to be broken and saved me a bunch of money.

The guys here are straight forward, honest mechanics. I have taken 2 cars there and was very happy with the customer service. They have checked up on us a few days and again, a couple weeks later. Just to see how things a going on the vehicles we brought in. Definitely will be taking my cars there again for whatever service they need.Services: General repairs & maintenance

So I took my pickup truck in to get an oil change and have other fluids checked over and they told me that I would need a water pump replaced because there was a leak according to them. I found that suspicious because I never witnessed any sort of overheating occurring in my pickup let alone a sweet smell. They quoted me for over $1,000 just to get a water pump replaced! So I took my truck into a shop that I trust better and got a second opinion and they told me that straight up that was a pretty hefty price just for a water pump replacement. First red flag should have been when I found out that they charge customers just for hooking up an obd2 scanner! Do not recommend!Services: Oil change
