Showed up and parked across the street. Never came to my door then drove away.
When I called I was told he had the wrong address and now was on another job, just a couple minutes after his scheduled time to bid my job??? Said he would finish that measurement and would be back in 10 minutes. No thank you…

To sum up my recent experience with Five Mile Glass...Believe all of the negative experiences by other grumbling customers. In the past this company was reliable--at least to me--now sad to say, that's ended. I'm taking my business elsewhere and look forward to doing so.

Don’t waste your time or money here. They find ways to make what should be a simple service into the most time-consuming, complicated transaction that leaves you guessing whether or not you’d be better off with the broken window in the first place. Literally go anywhere else and you’ll get better service.

I don't even know where to start or end with my review. We are still in the middle of our MONTHS long process with our brand new build. Five Mile Glass was hired only due to the fact they were the only ones in ******* that said they could get a particular specialty item for us. Due to this, our builder went ahead and contracted him to do the whole glass project. We've encountered lie after lie after lie after lie - too many to count on reasons why something broke, or isn't here, or was cut incorrectly, etc - again, too many to list. We are living in a home that doesn't have secured stair railings STILL! We have family members who need assistance on stairs - this is not only a LACK of integrity issue of the owner of the business but a SAFETY issue. We've tried to see if other companies will finish the work but they don't want to take on the liability of finishing a product that appears to be over 70% completed. We are distraught and seems like we are simply at the mercy of his lies. Can't even plan any events in our brand new home due to safety issues.
