Easy to communicate with the management here. Very quick process to get set up in a new storage unit and once you’re done needing the space it’s very easy to get out. I did some digging around town and I felt like this was one of the more affordable cost-effective options in North Spokane . Definitely would use them again!

Would not go through them again. Charging almost the same amount for a late fee as the monthly rent on the place is insane. Bad quality units with small areas to get into and out of. Do not work with you very well. Would not recommend.

Bad, rusted doors that don't open. Major rodent problems and cracks in payment. They don't shovel in front of doors. Expensive. People are really nice though.

One of the worst places to store your stuff myself including others that I know that have rented from them have not only had their stuff destroyed by their mice problem but had their belongings disappear and had late fees constantly when they were not late and also try to put a lien on my storage unit for being one month behind and won't work with you on payment plans and they make you pay the following month is well to be able to get back into your storage unit if your behind and the mice have chewed up and destroyed tons of things that are worth money and a value and the owner will not speak with you he will only have his only employee that a very rude lady speak with you he doesn't deal with any of his customers at all and the female that he has working for him is a huge c***

They've got whole units of people's stuff disappearing left and right. Very unconcerned in their responses. Find the news stories. Know your stuff isn't safe and they don't care if you store here.

They like to let people steal your stuff don't rent here they say they are not liable for anything and everything was gone all my stuff... Think twice about storing your stuff here.

This place is horrible. Do not store your stuff here. The Manager said that in the the Five Mile Storage contract it states that Five Mile Storage is not liable for lost, stolen or missing items from your storage, even if it was due to the neglect of a worker, manager or owner. A lady lost all of her belongings even though she paid her bill.
