“We ordered a corsage for my son to give his homecoming date. After scouring multiple local florist pages and much deliberation he chose a beautiful white corsage from Four Seasons. It was a gorgeous white orchid with little roses and some green ivy leaves and ming fern with rhinestone sprigs for sparkle. And the price was very reasonable. When I went to pick it up I thought it looked different from the pictures online but I wasn't sure so I didn't say anything. After I got home I compared it to what was online and sure enough it was very different (still pretty but not what we ordered). This was the day of homecoming and I knew the shop was really busy filling orders so I asked my son how important it was to have what he chose. He was willing to let it go but I could tell he was disappointed (he put a lot of thought into choosing a specific corsage) so I called. They were wonderful! They apologized for the issue and said I could bring it back in and they'd fix it right away, no extra charge. I anticipated being told to leave it there and come back several hours later since they were so busy but she fixed it immediately and when they were out of something she checked with me to ensure it was as close to the original as possible. Overall, the return to the store was a minor inconvenience and I really appreciated how quickly and happily they resolved everything. The final product was beautiful! My son (and his date) were very happy. Super nice people! Will definitely use this shop again! Thank you!:)”
