Hi there, I wanted to write a special place to the whole team here. Especially Cody Freeman. They treated my family and I with the most respect and kindness. basically, treated us like family. They were able to work an amazing deal with us and get us a safe car for my family. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else for a car. I was charged for a “diagnostic” on my window that wouldn’t roll down that was completely incorrect (they said my entire window regulator was broken and had to be replaced for hundreds more).
I was skeptical and took it to another mechanic who fixed the actual issue for free — a small rock was lodged in there keeping the window stuck in place, making it clear that this dealer never even looked at the issue but still charged me to diagnose it and attempted to charge me even more for a nonexistent problem.
Full disclosure: this was a couple years ago, but they keep reaching out to me now to schedule service and it reminded me I should’ve posted this when it happened to warn others to stay away.

In July, 2025, we had the privilege to be assisted by Sales Associate Marcus Milich at Knudtson Foothills Mazda when my daughter purchased her brand new 2025 Mazda CX-5. Marcus was extremely thorough and patient in the entire experience of selecting and purchasing her vehicle. Because of our extraordinary experience working with Marcus, this week, my wife and I sought out Marcus to assist us with the selection and purchase of another 2025 Mazda CX-5, which purchase we finalized today. This transaction also involved the trade-in of one of our vehicles which resulted in a fair trade-in price. Marcus was extremely prompt and fair in the entire transaction and once again was very thorough, patient and thoughtful in assisting us. He made the entire process very easy and positive. Like in our first purchase he was consistently detailed, answered all questions and provided us with clear and concise explanations so we fully understood all aspects of the purchase and the functions of the vehicle. He was focused on ensuring we had a great experience with Knudtson Foothills Mazda. His leadership team, Sales Managers Nick and Cody were also very fair, friendly and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. Because of these experiences, we will continue to do business in the future with Knudtson and particularly Marcus-they are exceptional! Thank you for the great car buying experience.

While I did not buy a car from this dealership. Bayley was wonderful to work with. She regularly kept me updated on new inventory, answered my questions, and checked to see if I was still looking for a car. She went above and beyond what was expected and I recommend talking with her about any cars on their lot. You’re awesome, Bayley!

Service department has really gone downhill. We bought a new Mazda from them in 2020 and had all but one service done there. Under the old ownership, it was always a good experience. However, the last service (after they changed ownership) was horrible. They did not top off fluids (coolant was very low). Their videos cut out much of the service. They did not check the brakes properly which damaged the rotor a 100 miles after the service and cost us more money to fix later. They now use low quality Mazda Value filters (look it up) but charge a premium price for their service. They refused to compensate us at all or even apologize for their brake mistake. There are much better places in town. You don't have to use a dealer for service. The parts department is still okay and will order quality parts if you request. I now do my own services. Hopefully, a new dealer will open in the area soon. I would not buy a new Mazda until there is a new dealership in the area due to potenial warranty work.
