Update: the service advisor reached out, apologized and offered to honor the free oil change. In response I am updating my review to 3 stars for two reasons: 1) it seems dishonest to put an expiration date on services offered as part of a purchase agreement, and 2) what is the point of scheduling ahead of time for basic maintenance services if the service shop isn't planning to work on the vehicle at that appointed time and in a timely manner? My review reflects these concerns and not the general car buying experience (aside from offering expiring services) or vehicle quality. I hope this feedback is taken and services are improved.

Patrick is the perfect salesman. He listened to what I WANTED and DIDN'T WANT. Was very honest about any possible issues with any certain vehicle. Found one that was perfectly priced, size and milage.

Patrick was so helpful in finding me a car within my budget and on the same day! I really liked how he was honest with working only a few weeks here, although had great previous experience!

My husband and I were in the Foothills Mazda for a new car and we got met with Patrick and had a great experience. Even though we were unfamiliar with the process, he patiently answered our questions and was very kind to us. We are so glad we came across Patrick.

My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV after hers was totaled in an accident. I got connected with Patrick and had a fantastic experience. He hadn't worked here a full month yet, but was very up front about not knowing some things and always found answers for us. I told him we needed to stay inside a certain budget and he worked diligently to find great options for us that fit that budget. Could not be happier!

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. The place has a large selection of quality used vehicles at reasonable prices. The sales people are professional and listen to your needs. I especially want to thank Pat Linebarger, who found me the perfect upgrade!Check out the inventory here and talk to one of their professionals, because buying or upgrading your vehicle doesn't have to be a stressful experience.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This has been by far the worst experience. I had an appointment at 7:00am 10 days ago and my car is just now being completed. I understand work such as this takes time. Work was completed on my car I did not authorize, brand new parts I had purchased for my car were thrown out, no communication from the team around where the process was. I was told to text Will with any needs. I had asked about a loaner vehicle as I was paying for a rental to which I received no response; I later called to be placed on hold by Will for an extended amount of time to be told I'd be put on a waitlist without getting any of my information. My car was diagnosed on day 2 and the work didn't even begin until day 9. When I called on day 10 the cost was $300-400 more than quoted. When I asked why I was informed they had to replace brand new parts in my car that I had not only just replaced myself, but informed Will of this when dropping off my car. I asked for the parts so I could get them refunded to which I was told they were in the garbage. I was laughed at by Will when stating my frustrations. Save yourself a major headache and go ANYWHERE else.

Need a oil change? Unless you have 3-4 hours to waist, your welcome to the slowest and expensive service.

I went to Foothills Mazda to look at a 2014 Lincoln mkt and the day I went (on August 5th 2023) they happened to be having a car show, it took a very long time to get anyone to talk to me. I was outside so I went inside to find some help and everyone I seen was at a desk with somebody or on a phone call so I went back outside because I seen a car sales man but he kept walking away so I turned back inside then got stopped by the General Manager Phil who I explained what happened he apologized and got me a salesman named Justin. After a test drive I decided to get the Lincoln. Justin informed me there was an active recall for the passenger door causing the sensor to register as the door to be opened, (he didn't tell me the alarm goes off randomly because of it) he reassured me that the service department would get me into fix it asap but I could take the Lincoln home today. On August 8th the check engine light came on so I texted Justin and let him know that the service department hadn't reached out to be about the recall and also the check engine light had come on. He responded that he would reach out to service and tell them to call me asap. On Aug 21st I still hadn't heard from the service department so I texted Justin again and he said he would work on it the next morning because he was on vacation. The next day he texted that Johnny would be calling me. Johnny called me and told me that he could get the Lincoln in for the check engine light being on but the recall wasn't actually something they were going to fix, so the door ajar would still be on and the alarm would still randomly go off. The Lincoln went into the service department on September 1st and I was able to pick it back up the same day Johnny said no check engine light was on so they couldn't read a code (that's a lie the computer keeps it in the system P0016). September 8th it was back in for the check engine light being on and Johnny called me later on that day to come pick up the Lincoln because the check engine light going on and off they couldn't pin point what was causing it. September 27th I dropped the Lincoln off again for the check engine light being on and they finally call me and say yes there is a light on and we are going to replace the camshaft position sensor bank 1 sensor A, I was able to pick up the Lincoln the next day. The check engine light came back on after having the part replaced so I let Johnny know!...The Lincoln went back to the service department on October 20th and was there until today October 31th. The check engine light is still on, the door ajar is still on and my alarm goes off randomly. After 11 days with the service department they said they recommend an oil change with heavier oil!

Technology may suck, but people can work miracles when you take the time to talk to someone and explain the issue. Kudos guys.VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE.....So recently, one of my tail light assemblies broke its mounting hardware. I had to purchase a used assembly and was going to replace it myself after finding out the shop cost for two hours of labor. After talking to Gene Petrie and Will Clark, they came to an agreement to only charge me 150 for the install. This service appointment was going to impact my work day.In steps Jake Fiechtner, talks to the service department, and now I have a service loaner for the two hours my car is in the shop. The computer system for service appointments might not always work as we would like, but the people at Mazda definitely know how to make things easier.Always take the time and talk to someone, because miracles do happen. Thanks again guys. 10 STARS

Huge shout out to Justin R. I had the best possible experience ever buying a new 2023 Mazda 3 from here. Justin went above and beyond, answered every single question I had and made this experience so easy and quick. Justin went out of his way to fit every single requirement I had, and after the deal was perfect, he made it even better! He even went over every single feature of the car and every question I had until I was 100% comfortable and helped setup all the settings to my liking! I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family, and will make sure they all go to Justin as he is the man! Cannot thank you enough, best dealership and customer service I have ever dealt with! Thank you Justin!

Excellent experience. Jensen and Ray were prompt, accommodating, very knowledgeable, made time to make sure my family and I were taken care of and knew our purchase inside and out.
