We’ve been renting from NFMS for a few years now. Steve has been extremely nice and respectful. He is a kind person and I appreciate that. We’ve encountered great customer service and great communication from him. He’s been helpful and responsive when we have come a cross any issues. I really appreciate being able to go to our storage when we need without hourly restrictions.

This is a great place to store items. Very secure. It is accessible. There's soon going to be a gas station next door but Steve the manager/owner I'm not really sure if he is. The owner is just a wonderful dude. He makes the place worth renting to because he communicates and is there when you need him and very approachable?

Stole my stuff when we had a date set. They auctioned it off two days prior. Was when COVID period just started. Lost work and couldn't pay for aonth and a half set up a date and the auctioned it. I came in two days before that date and they told me it was already auctioned off. It was my whole house, was staying at a friend's. No stars

Best storage place in Washington. Steve is VERY helpful and pleasant to talk to. The storage is very secure. I know I don't have to worry about my stuff being stolen or vandalized.

I store most of my stuff in storage there. The manager or owner I'm not sure which one he is, but he is outstanding caring and loving. He always does his best for me financially and time wise. I believe he's that way with everybody because he's always full. It's hard to get a unit with him.
