I made an apt to have my ignition switch looked at. I was told that my apt was to have an electrical specialist diagnose the issue. I get to the apt and was asked how long they could have my truck saying not hours but days. The advisor told me that my apt was with an advisor not a tech but hopefully one would have time. I was told that a call center gave me the wrong information. Left the truck for the day with no one even looking at it. Arrived to pick up my truck, the advisor handed my key and barely said anything and didn’t even attempt to set me up with a new appointment. I was at a loss for words and left. Why would I even want to make an apt with an advisor, that’s just stupid. Something needs to change.

Tami was the on who was helping us work on our Ford Edge. She was great and honest in what was happening. Ford service was very backed up which pushed us back an extra day but the work got done that was asked of them. Thanks again Tami and crew.

We used to love this dealership and our family has purchased many cars here over the years. We come here for service on my wife's car and things have just gone downhill. An example: Set up an appt for a recall that is supposed to take just a few hours; show up for said appt and they haven't ordered the parts. 3 days later we get the car back and for some reason there is duct tape strips on the front fenders. The work to be done was at the rear of the car. No apologies or offer to remove it when we brought up the issue. This just seems to be typical these days. Hopefully they get things turned around sometime soon.

I had a recall to take care of. My local dealer gave me some song and dance about this clearly they didn’t have a clue about the recall or the nature of the needed repair. So I called Wendle where I bought my truck for many of the same reasons ie product knowledge and ease of doing business. I also had another issue which was going to take IMHO some serious time to noodle out the source of the leak and get it fixed. Wendle service shines again. They had the recall squared away quickly and also identified the source of the water leak. They had my extended warranty billed appropriately for the work not covered by any factory responsibility. The truck was all ready on time, along with the bill so I was on my way quickly and painlessly….perfect!!

I was very pleased to have Wendle Ford cover the expense of what was obviously a factory defect, even though our 3 warranties were all mechanical. They did the right thing, which is sadly lacking these days.

I have had nothing but negative experiences with this dealership. They are the closest Ford dealership to my home so I continue to give them chances but they consistently disappoint. I went there to purchase a brand new 2023 F150 lightning and wandered around the lot for 30 minutes without anyone offering to help me. I ended up purchasing my truck from Corwin Ford that same day. I subsequently contacted their parts department to order a part that I located on the Ford parts website. For some reason I was unable to apply my rewards points on the Ford website so I called Wendle. I had to call three times before I could actually speak to a human being. When I finally connected with a person, they told me the part cost $100 more than the Ford parts website listed it for. When asked about this they told me "that's because you're buying it from us and not Ford." So the dealership and I both get the part from Ford but they are going to charge me an additional hundred dollars because they place the order!?! I turned around and called Corwin Ford and they sold the part to me for list price and shipped it to my home for free. I could share a half dozen similar stories about this dealership. Wendle has literally never failed to disappoint me. I have finally learned my lesson & will not be giving them another opportunity. My advice to the owner: get your house in order. Your employees do not understand what good customer service looks like. This dealership survives under the principle of, "there is a sucker born every day". Don't become their next sucker!

I guess its partly my fault for not reading the Yelp reviews before I took my car in for (no)service at Wendle Ford. I experienced the same treatment that I read in these reviews. Once they take your car, do not expect to hear from them letting you know that it is finished, in fact don't ever expect anyone in the (no)service department to answer their phone - leaving a voice mail is a waste of your time. If you ever get through to them (I called the Sales department three times and asked to be transferred to a live person in the (no)service department - third time was the charm). When I asked Zeke (my service rep) about my car, he said it was ready. When I asked Zeke why no one called, he shifted blame to someone else. Zeke was my service rep and it is his job to monitor my car and communicate with me - apparently, no one takes responsibility for your car at Wendle Ford. Take a look at the responses that follow some of the 1 star reviews, the Wendle social media department talks a good cookie cutter game, but nothings seems to have changed. I would take your business elsewhere.

August 24, 2023, I called Wendle and spoke with representative who promised a service technician would call me within 24 hours.Representative refused to connect me with service even after I explained the urgent need to speak with service tech.I called back shortly out of desperation due to urgent need to speak with someone in service.We were on other side of state and our daughter could not get our car started due to technical issue.I'm writing this review today, September 6th 2023.Still no call from

I made an appointment with them for an oil change/tire rotation and to check on an issue with the windows they did not correctly fix on my 2020 ford. The appointment was on thursday at 2:20. I dropped it off early and let them know i would pick it up friday morning to give them some leway. I called friday morning to inquire about my car. The receptionist said someone would call within the hour. No call. I called again, as we had to leave town by 3pm. I was told someone would call RIGHT BACK. No call. I called seven times. Even the recptionist said she would personally walk over to check on it as i was getting panicked. She never called back. I finally just drove there. I was told when i got there it "got lost" in the system and no work was done. I would have been 100% ok with that and bringing it back after my trip, if someone would have CALLED me and told me that before stressing me out all day looking for my car. I even called after i got my car back to speak to a manager about next steps. No one called me back. They did not fix my car properly last time and this time not at all.

I bought Kristin G's demo truck and got a really great deal. They paid off my Colorado ZR2 with near zero negative equity and it was nearly new with 18k miles on it. I love my Raptor. Hit a deer at 70 and did near no damage. Some plastic and radiator fitting broke. When I got it it said it averaged 22 mpg fuel. It must be downhill both to work and home for her . In hindsight I would've traded our Rubicon and kept the Colorado.

I want to update my review, my recall work was done and the employees I last interacted with were customer focused and striving to make my experience positive. Management cares and is working to restore the service standard to the level it was pre-covid. Given that attitude I believe my experiences with the service department have and will improve
