My husband and I went into the clinic a day before we left on a trip to Mexico. My husband was having diarrhea for the past week and a half and we were worried about it getting worse once leaving the US. We saw a PA that was very arrogant and basically brushed it off saying he had a virus. We asked for an antibiotic or something and were told to take Imodium. The PA actually at one time during the visit snapped at my husband and said, “answer the question that was asked”.So 9 days later in Mexico my husband was still sick. We left feeling belittled by a cocky PA. Being a nurse myself I would never treat patients this way. I would not recommend this place.

Great people to work with . The pa justine was a great man to work with .Dot exams was very thorough and to the point. That you will be healthy and able to operate a heavy truck legally. May have took longer than expected but well worth the wait thank you Franklin Park Urgent Care.

Absolutely slow as hell. Showed up for a 1000 appointment for a dot physical, sat in the waiting room with 3 people for an hour then in the exam room for 30 minutes in a pair of disposable shorts. Go to providence they are way faster with the process.

Would not recommend this place for Dot exam I even made a appointment to make sure I did not have to wait forever. I sat there for over a hour next to super sick people and kids in a very small waiting room. You will have to fill out paperwork with the same questions over and over. Slow slow slow. Doesn't matter if you make appointment. I would never recommend sending employees there to get sick waiting forever.

Called and asked if I needed an appointment they said they had minimal people waiting and could walk in but I asked to a schedule just in case. My appointment was at 12 and I wasn’t taken back until almost 2pm. It seems that they had gotten walk ins and appointments confused and those with appointments had to wait an hour past their time. Front desk person wasn’t the friendliest but the MA was fantastic and the provider was very nice. I wouldn’t take their word on wait times and even if they say you don’t need an appointment still reserve one it will at least get you ahead of a couple people.

I appreciate that the pricing is up front verses at providence where they don’t tell you the charges until they mail the bill

Recently visited this urgent care for a work related exposure incident. After a blood borne pathogen exposure I waited 55 minutes to see the provider Justin Sasone PA-C. After countless paperwork, being seated in a room waiting for a blood test he informed his staff that he does not handle exposure incidents. FYI this test is time sensitive and needs to be addressed urgently. The lack of communication, knowledge, and professionalism among the staff was appalling. They refused to see me and referred me to an ER for testing. Very displeased with the lack of urgency at this "urgent care". I do not recommend this medical site for care.

I needed to get an EKG for some medication I’m on before I was able to up my dose. I was sick, and hurting like most patients are when going into an ER or Urgent Care. I explained to them that my doctors office said the referral was good for anywhere but there was a cover letter for the Vally Hospital because that is just what is closer to the doctors office I go to. When I entered they told me it was only valid at the Vally Hospital which I knew wasn’t true because I had just went over this with my doctor. The doctor that was on duty at the URGENT CARE took me back and asked what the problem was and I explained my doctor said I could take it anywhere and the EKG would take about 5 minutes and it would be short and sweet. He said “I don’t know you so you’re not getting my signature on that paper.” Confused..I stated,”this is an urgent care, do you typically know all your patients?” He then threatened to call the police on me!!! I work at Sacred Heart and would never even imagine any provider there speaking to anyone this way!! Good going Franklin Park Urgent Care. You are exactly as ghetto as your office looks.

Always a good experience. Usually pretty quick. Today was an hour wait even with a scheduled appointment. Not sure what the holdup was

I do not think that doctors here are capable or knowledgeable enough to know what hurts your back. Doctor stated that to there is no way lifting a box can hurt your back. Refusing to help. However when I went to a specialist they said that your back can go out with bending at the waist and picking up a paperclip can put 1000 pounds of pressure on your lower discs. So either these are not actual doctors or they should go to further schooling. Dismissing patients is disgusting to me.
