I loved the lady that was working when I went in she was so helpful and went above and beyond to try n help me get my necklace I wanted. I couldn't do it at thr time but she promised me when I could afford it with all the amazing discounts and ways she was helping me my price would never change. ITS good employees like her who make me want to return to a store and happily give them my hard earned money.

Normally I have nothing bad to say about Fred Meyer. I love Fred Meyer. That being said, I do not love the actions of one particular individual who has been employed there. Today, I was at self checkout. I was trying to purchase 8 dragonfruits. It would not let me scan one dragonfruit code for all of the fruits, and some of them didn't have stickers. So like the problem solver I am, I started typing in the code. Somehow the machine thing called over an assistant. The assistant, comes over clearly not full of the Christmas spirit, heres a look into this conversation: him: *comes over and stands there and scans his badge while saying nothing*me: "i'm sorry i was confused how to scan all of these"him: "code?"me: "i tried that and it would only work for one"him: *sayings nothing and stands there*me: *scans it and then it won't scan again*me: "so what do i do now?"him: "hand scanner?"me: "oh okay thanks"him: *rolls eyes and walks away*Moral of the story, if you can't be jolly in customer service, then it's not for you.

I would post a zero star rating if possible. I am very disappointed in Fred meyer jewelry store. Long story short I purchased a ring 18 months ago with a protection plan. 9 months after having the ring a stone fell out. Since it was within a year of purchase they replaced the stone for free and did an inspection. Last week I lost two more stones went back in it has now been 9 months since the last inspection and they will not honor my protection plan. ? they informed me that I needed to have proof of the inspection 9 months ago on a special form and that my stone protection plan was void. I asked to see the special form. They showed me. I was never given that form. She abruptly said this form is given at the time of purchase. I maybe old school but I keep files of my purchases and paperwork. They never gave me one. I had my receipt of the inspection but not the particular form they required. I told her I never received the " special form". She informed me no form no fix, however I could pay to have it fixed. Why would I pay for something that keeps losing diamonds and is not honored by the protection program. ? she was rude, and not helpful. It was a sad day for my ring. The disappointing part for me was I had picked out another ring to buy for my daughter and I brought cash to purchase it today. Fred meyer lost our business. My wedding anniversary was coming up and we had another thing picked out and they lost that sale too. This location and staff are more worried about selling then they are providing quality customer service.

My 5 year old daughter had a sudden cough come on and I wanted to run and get her some meds so she could sleep. I checked hours and it said you close at 10pm. False!! when I got there it was 9:55 and the person at the door turned me away cause you were closed at 9:55. It would have taken me 1 minute to get the med and be gone. So I had to drive way further to get her medicine even though I made it ON TIME!!! DON'T SAY YOU CLOST AT 10 WHEN YOU DON'T CLOSE AT 10!!! I wasted valuable time at your store cause you lied online and said you close at 10 when you CLOSE AT 9:55!!!!

*STAY CLEAR OF FM JEWELERS* Went in for a SIMPLE ring cleaning. NOPE! INSTEAD I was succumb to high pressure sales. The short, brown haired female manager thought she could sway me into a sale And to top it off, she brought my ring back without even cleaning it. GOOD GRIEF!

The pharmacy's system was down? For how long? When we got an online estimate that a prescription was going to cost over $400 we checked the price at Costco. No coupon, over the counter price at Costco? Under $20. And their system was up. A month ago tried to fill a prescription for a common drug and was told that it would take over two weeks until the store would have some in stock. Called Costco and they had the drug in stock and at a lower price. Gonna have to write Fred Meyer's off our drug store list. We tried to give them business, after getting fed up with Walgreens overpriced drugs. Costco is definitely our go to pharmacy now.

Shopped at this FM for a long time since I lived nearby, thankfully have since moved to an area with more pleasant grocery shopping options. The organization of this store is abysmal, with products of the same type (ex: eggs, butter, milk, haircare, etc.) on different aisles far from each other simply because some options are considered "green." Really foolish, it made shopping very frustrating. If I'm looking at where eggs are in your store I want to see all the eggs available to make my selection, not select the best option based on what's there and then on a different aisle see more types of eggs, lol. Really bizarre. Just put them all next to each other and mark the "green" options with a green tag or something. Furthermore, during the mask mandate, this place was a super spreader event every time. Loads of belligerent inconsiderate dingleberries in there maskless and nobody making any attempt to enforce mandates or assist anyone with health concerns. Never enough checkout lanes open, lines going all the way down aisles, even for the self checkout stations. Children crying, people getting aggressive, staff hating their lives - somehow it always feels like the apocalypse in this FM. Switched to grocery pickup as a result of the aforementioned gripes and bc it's easier as someone with a physical disability but they would always say they are out of items and then I would find them inside (any household item, forget it, their staff can't be bothered to walk to that side of the store to see if there are trash bags or tampons, or to offer a substitution despite there obviously being multiple options for these sort of things), or the order would be missing items, or have someone else's items (like thanks for the free Uncle Ben rice but like... no thanks, and sorry to whoever actually wanted it), and the produce they give you in pickup orders should be considered a human rights violation. Bruised, overripe and underripe, banged up, one time we got carrots that were straight up expired and liquefying inside. Kind of ableist to give the customers who do grocery pickup the dregs and expired items or make them get out of their vehicle and come in anyway because you can't be bothered to look for an item or offer a substitution. A solution to all of these issues except the organizational chaos would be to hire more workers and attract more experienced workers with better pay to adequately run the store, but then I suppose that would take money out of the bigwigs pockets and thus will never happen. I hope to never step foot in this or any Fred Meyer or Kroger store again. Always an unpleasant shopping experience. Bye!

Checking out my groceries at Fred Meyer had become a lesson in patience. My last stop I had a checker who was a very, very angry man, who worked super slowly. He used my groceries like a punching bag and I had to completely re-organize everything before I could leave the store. Much of my produce paid the price of his rough touch. This time I made sure to choose a different aisle thinking that I was choosing correctly. Nope! Super slow. Waited forever for my turn and I was only behind 1 person. He was horrible at bagging the groceries. No idea how to do it correctly or efficiently. No baggers in sight again. And I had to practically lay on the counter to reach my bags to put them into my own cart because he didn’t scoot them to me or try to help. I know that it’s hard to staff lately but omg! My deep breathing had me practically hyperventilating!
