  You guys refuse to fix the double door on the south side of your store. Today I saw a woman carrying her child struggle to get through that door. Pretty cheap guys. This is why I'm leaving And going to Walmart.

  Parking lot is a nightmare still. The Deli is rarely or never open anymore. Less home and auto products since the store reset resulting in you having to walk twice the distance for a quick stop for grocery items. The place is super store huge and is mostly grocery items and a small clothing section upstairs.

  Terrible customer service, the employee who came to open the restroom for us was very rude. They always try to make you bag your own groceries and half the time they barely say 2 words to you. Deli never has hot food and they use the excuse of lack of employees even though the low paying Walmart has enough employees to make hot food. Approaching Walmart levels of customer service.

  My mother went into the store today and unfortunately had to deal with one of the RUDEST cashiers ever, her name is Barb. She completely demeaned my mother, my mom found a little toy that my grandpa would’ve liked for father’s day but it didn’t have a tag, as MOST of the things in this store don’t have a tag. When my mom handed it to Barb she completely over reacted and threw the biggest fit - she called my mother disgusting because the toy supposedly had a hair on it she said “This is so disgusting like really disgusting, we can’t sell this this is really nasty” My mom understood and went on with the other items she was trying to purchase, the entire time Barb kept making snide remarks and mumbling under her breath, my mom then gave Barb the money to pay and it accidentally fell out of her hand onto the lane, Barb then says in a rude tone “You shouldn’t do that because your money could fall in there and then we wouldn’t be able to do anything” My mom then said that she figured she would grab it, which she did. Barb then snickered and said “Rude” When my mom was finished and waiting for her bags the bag person (Who was WAY nicer than Barb) Asked my mom how many bags she would like, my mom didn’t even get a chance to answer and Barb said two bags. My mom was going to be walking a few blocks so she told her she needed three bags, Barb then snickered again rolled her eyes and mockingly said oh THREE bags. I was on the phone with my mom the entire time and I have NEVER seen such a miserable person with this much attitude in customer service. She acted like a teenager in high school and she DOES NOT need to be working in the public with that attitude. She is a disgusting person and I’m shocked that she is even employed there with that attitude. I called in after my mom came home upset and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very adamant that Barb doesn’t act like this and that that’s very unlike her- she would not even let me explain how terribly she treated my mother. I can’t wait to see either one of those lady’s so I can explain how terrible they are. Very disappointed in this store.

  Huge sign saying restrooms and then all 3 of them being closed? Some people work on the road and need these services, thanks Fred Meyer.

  Tried to add an extra 10.00 to my bill when I paid for the items while the sale was going on. Now they want me to pay more. That's unethical when I already paid for my items last week. Another worthless business that hides behind their terms and conditions that no one ever reads. Not transparent about it at all.

  Pretty average as far as Fred Meyer locations go. One major downside is the absence of any kind of electronics department.
