Hello, don't ever come here. Their skills are terrible. They don't understand anything. I went there twice in one day. They couldn't find a solution and took a total of 1200 dollars from me even though they didn't do it. Don't ever go here. It's a money trap.

8/13/25 at 4:48pm. Walked into the store, it was empty, no one was at the front service counter, I walked around the entire store to finally find two gentleman who worked there. I walked to the counter they were standing behind, they both looked at me, turned their heads and continued having their conversation. After standing there for two minutes, I decided to walk away to continue to look for help, when finally the big bald man said “someone will be right with you” and I said “yeah I doubt it” 7 more minutes go by when a different gentlemen with a negative tone asked “can I help u” I said I’m here to pick up a part, told him the name on the account and concluded. Not one ounce of customer service was present. I WAS TREATED BADLY BY OLD MYSOGYNYST MEN ONLY BECAUSE I WAS A GIRL IN A PARTS STORE. Terrible service, and even worse customer service.

The guy were great and fixed our truck fast. Nothing cheap any more but there prices were fair for these days. Thanks for getting us out as quick as possible and helping us get a room for the night.

By far some of the worst customer service unfriendly Parts Personnel an extremely slow I would strongly encourage you to only purchase if it's absolute emergency there's better places to buy the parts if you can wait

Part department is awful. Stood waiting for 35 mins to pick up a will call part. Gary was aimlessly wondering around talking to other employees while leaving a customer at his counter unattended for more than 20 mins. Dennis offered so sense of urgency and never even acknowledged anyone else in line. Order online, let this brick and mortar fall.

Terrible customer service. They refused to work on my dad’s Freightliner motorhome, saying they don’t work on Freightliners older than 10 years old. Why are you still a dealer if you can’t even work on a brand you represent? I’ve had parts people say they will order me something and then never order it. Finally got it ordered, part showed up, and it was wrong. Then they made a big fuss and were extremely unprofessional when I tried to return it. Would stay away from these guys.

Well I stopped to get a replacement part for my truck I loved their parking lot was spacious but as many people I seen working their and seeing 4 computers at the counter only 2 were being used i was glad I did my 30 minute break to get my part took 15 minutes to get but it was a wet rainy day and it wasn't quite packed of customers but yet took more to wait and get served while in line vs getting the part and paying for it 🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾maybe cause I was in Washington idk
