Not the best game selection.Wouldn't recommend this spot for gamers . The time it takes to get into the mall only to realize Walmart and Target have a better game selection.You will be left feeling like you visited a over priced gift shop .

Good number of games for current-generation consoles and accessories for both console and PC. Small selection of general merchandise, and few games for PC. Prices on new games are on par with digital stores, but Pre-Owned is a good bargain for PS4 and Xbox One games. Staff is polite.A good stop for console gaming, but I would recommend looking online for better deals and a wider selection.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. My friend went there to return a game he bought because his Xbox would take disc's. He was unaware of that when he purchased the game and the lady said she won't let him return it but would let him trade it for something else. I said not that it's your fault but thats a terrible return policy. She said well policy says I can't return it or give currency so I'm doing you a favor by letting you exchange it for something else! Most rude and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will also be calling corporate to express my frustration. Do not go to this gamestop! Shadle park game stop is way more friendly and professional!

I would caution anyone not to pre order any big game from any Gamestop, especially in Spokane, where low income population particularly thrives.Regardless of the fact that you have a guaranteed copy of a game that can be bought literally anywhere else, grown adults and people with mental health problems alike come close at these events to laying hands on other customers. Verbal abuse aside, people will lose emotional control (due to a number of reasons) over someone's place in line, angst, the weather, etc. This is not worth it, and there is no advantage or reason to buy from "Gamestop".Buy from Amazon, or buy from Target if you must order from a box store. Amazon typically sends stuff out early for pre orders. Just don't pre order from Gamestop unless you want a 45 year old man cursing at/in front of your kids.

Buy stuff can't get a bag what a joke I rather buy my games from places that allow me to put the stuff I buy in a bag whether or not they charged me 8 cents for it or not. No one wants to be pushed to buy your stupid reusable bags. Staff are always uneducated about games or equipment what's the point of going to a store that specializes in games and gaming equipment but they know nothing

It's a fun store to shop around and they have a no-stress return policy. They're rather overpriced and, realistically, one you open the cellophane the product is no longer New; it's New - open box.

I went and stood in line for a ps5 and yes I was lucky enough to get one of the 4 units available.. the issue i have is putting the console behind a paywall in order to purchase the unit in the first place, if you are not a pro member your not allowed to purchase at all, at $14.99 yes its not that much but its just a horrible practice. Now on to the bundles you can't just buy the ps5 you have to buy it bundled with a Bunch of stuff you dont want or simply dont need so your $499 ps5 disc version is now dang near $900 once again Gamestop should be ashamed for taking advantage of people like this! Not to mention they didn't even have the headset in stock that was supposed to come in the bundle and had to take your name to call you at a later date. Just shameful that businesses can get away with this kind of service.

The manager here is very rude and mentally abused employees infront of customers calls them names ect. I went to trade in my playstation 4 pro and they were only trying to give me $150 in store credit and charge a restoration fee so I denied sell and went to gamestop on Wellesley they gave me $310 in store credit for the exact same item 10 mins later the mall gamestop always tries to cheat you with a restoration fee even when there is nothing wrong with the devise just don't go there for trade ins ever
