I went into the gap downtown. Two younger girls working the floor. As I come in they just give me this look of dread. Not a hello, nor a smile. Mask below their chin. It felt awkward. I browsed around. They just ignored me and did their own thing. It's sad to say this happens more often then not in many places. Not a pleasant vibe or environment, especially when you are just out enjoying the day to yourself.

I walked in with 20 mins to close and asked for help choosing jeans and sweaters. Got the help, quickly tried things on and had a great check out experience! Thank you both for helping me shop quickly at the end of your shift. Spokane Gap associates are excellent!?

A few good buys. Most of the clothes are too spendy, and they are the skinny pants, hipster style. Nothing comfortable and functional. Good service here though!

Found a beautiful dress shirt for my son and a 3pack of face masks! Great sales. Used covered parking lot and found a great spot ?. The staff were friendly and smiling under their face masks.
