Terrible customer service they screwed up my flooring order and just said do youwant to cancel it. The managers never returned phone calls. The phone attendant hanged up on me. They we were worse then the VA and Social Security...I will never go back they lied to me about making it right with me for their multiple fisacos. I will go to Lowe's from now on...North Spokane Home Depot has pathetic customer service for veterans like me and civilians alike. They lost my flooring order 3 times.

I am writing with regard to the North Spokane Home Depot. We ordered new appliances for our home on January 14th. They consist of a standard refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. We paid approximately $5,100 for the merchandise that day. This does not include the substantial kitchen remodel we contracted with Home Depot. We arranged for delivery on February 10th. The Home Depot cancelled the delivery and rescheduled for February 16th. After providing us with a literal last minute cancellation, Home Depot rescheduled again on March 9th. After yet another reschedule, Home Depot cancelled our delivery today. This does not include the times we had to reschedule due to Home Depot scheduling on days we explicitly told them we would not be available.Home Depot has not delivered our appliances two months after we have paid for our merchandise. Customer service was inept at addressing our issues with Home Depot's delivery delays. The third party Home Depot contracted to deliver our appliances gave us no accommodation for the delivery or worked with us to find an alternative path.As a result we had to completely cancel our purchase. A complete refund will be pending. I will be sure to update this review if we do not receive it in a timely fashion. We will not do business with the Home Depot and we advise anyone working on home improvement projects to take your business elsewhere. If feasible we would also cancel the entire kitchen remodel. This company's shoddy customer service and inability to deliver are frankly embarrassing. For a company with self-proclaimed expertise in home improvement, it has much to learn when it comes to transacting business.

My husband was attacked by one of the employees at this store. He thought he was getting mugged. Employee admitted he was high which I find HILARIOUS given the abhorrent treatment my family gets for looking weird.

I want to leave a 5 star review for "Ben" in the blinds department at Home Depot store #4719 Newport HWY-Spokane Wa. My husband and I walked in on a Saturday to look for blinds for our new home. Ben took the time to show us a variety to choose from. He went above and beyond helping us set up the order. When I had to return to the store to complete the order he had all our information ready! He really made a stressful time super easy. He has a calming personality! He is a great asset to your company! And we all know those are hard to find!!! If your work awards employee of the month, or maybe one of those badges they wear, please make sure he gets one!!! Thanks Ben!!

I am a female Veteran and was humiliated by a manager. He stopped the line. Told me I had to register on an app. To get a 10% I was humiliated. Ive never been treated so poorly.

We ordered a refrigerator during the pandemic from this store. We were told that Home Depot could store the refrigerator until we could arrive in Spokane. Long story short, they called to say they could no longer store the item in March. We arranged to have our son at the house when it was delivered. They delivered it and put it in the garage w/o opening the box. When we finally arrived and opened it, we discovered a big dent on the lower right front. When I called for a replacement or refund, we hit a brick wall. No replacement and no full refund. They offered $200. When I called to discuss further, my call was never returned. We were stuck with a $800+ loss. We have been long time customers with Home Depot, but we have not set foot in one since then. I would not recommend this store.

Every time I have called this place looking for something I have either been on hold for 30 minutes, hung up on after being transferred, or just been left ringing for ages. The few times I have gotten through no one seems to know anything without transferring me which inevitably results in me being hung up on. This place needs to completely revamp its phone system.

Living 78 miles from the Depot, I phoned and spoke with Customer Contact manager Willy about a return that had just lapsed the receipt's stated 90-day return policy. I assured Willy the condition of the 4x8' sheet goods was like-new and he kindly said, "Sure, just bring it back". Two days later we did and were ably assisted by young Gavin who I asked to attest to the condition of the items and to take possession, then the lovely Isabella who handled the credit back to our card. Truly, things couldn't have felt more efficiently or respectfully done. Wonderful experience. Thanks to All.

I was in the store looking for sawsall blades and decided that the ones that that had were just too expensive so I put them back and mind you the whole time I have this guy with a gray mustache following me everywhere I went while I was in the store then when I try too leave he trys to courier me yelling that he's calling 911 and that I'm a theif and that I stole the blades I had just put back so I show him that I don't have the blades and he's still trying to reach into my pockets and telling me that I'm going to jail and all kinds of just horrible thangs and too say the least I've always liked home Depot and prefer to shop there over Lowe's but with this I'm not sure if I feel safe returning to the store the guy acted like a mad man yelling and pointing threatning me and trying to put his hands on my pockets he's lucky I don't believe in calling the cops because if I did he would definitely be getting a harassment charge to say the least but just to say this also I will be getting a complaint filed and I want to this guy fired or put on suspension something because I know this isn't the only time this guy has done this either a month or so ago I watched as the guy did the same thing to some other guy so yeah just watch yourself if you go here this guy discriminates and just doesn't care for customer care at all and really put me in a bad mental state after that incident so yeah just watch out for him he's probably dangerous as well if he doesn't get his way

I ordered a ryobi 12 pack toolkit online and sent it to this store. When I arrived to pick it up I noticed that the electrostatic sprayer involved wasn't included. After a pleasant conversation with Jasmine and her assistant manager I was instructed on what to do to resolve it (contact online ordering). Within 3 text messages, yep text messages, the issue was resolved and credited back to my card. I haven't had a customer service interaction run this smooth in I don't know how long, surely not since the pandemic. Great work Home Depot, you've earned my return business for my home remodel.

I enjoy walking up and down the isles of plants. They have a variety of choices available, and even ones that are from out of our growing zone. I suggest that if you're new to gardening or landscaping, or want to try out a new plant... be sure to read the label, and know what you're getting into.

I paid over $5500 to have carpets installed on Oct 28th only to have it contracted out to Hom Solutions who scheduled them to be installed on 11/22. We prepared our household moving all furniture. We waited all day with no one showing and the company not answering or returning our calls or emails. Reached out to Home Depot who said someone would contact us but never did. A week later still can't get a hold of anyone to see if we are getting our carpets installed. At this point I just want my money back and will never use Home Depot again.

Tyson in the rental/service center is amazing. Bought a ryobi 40volt battery lawn mower back in June of this year. Worked great all summer then recently began having issues. With no service center that works on ryobi battery lawn mowers in Spokane I thought I was out of luck. Called Tyson and he told me to bring it in. Promptly tested and replicated my issue. Did all the necessary paperwork to get the mower shipped out to ryobi for warranty repair. Overall great experience. Thanks again Tyson

I received a damaged cabinet from a online order. According to the website I should've been able to get it refunded to a gift card to buy something else but was sent away with a broken kitchen cabinet, no refund, no replacement. Employees were extremely rude. Disgusting service. I called corporate and filed a complaint with the BBB as now am still stuck with a broken item when I paid for a brand new non broken cabinet. I can't even finish putting my kitchen back together!!!
