Was only able to get into the unit once. Was never able to get back in and my stuff is still unrecovered. I received a call saying my unit was broken into and another demanding money for a unit which as far as I could tell has been robbed blind.I hope you consider other local options which will almost certainly serve you better.

If I could give negative stars, I would. 'Contactless' just means that all they care about is collecting your rent, which keeps going up by the way. They have refused requests to have the horribly junky car towed away, even though it's been sitting right in front of their vacant office for well over 6 months. I guess I should be glad the junky car is there because it warns prospective renters of how un-managed this place is. STAY AWAY!

Tried to access the facility tonight. Prompted me to make a payment. We are paid up through March. Another couple waiting at the gate to get in, same thing. Paid up, but can't get in. None of the phone numbers to call were working. This company continues to harass us for payments we've already made. Now they want our credit card and copies of our ID. No local contacts. Stay away!!!! They are losing 2 more customers.,

They are running their business like a dumpster on fire. I have never had so much trouble making a payment in my life as I’ve had this last month here. Their website has been down since January, so I had to call in my payment no less than three times before it took. I even received confirmation numbers every time, but they would not take the money out of my account which I would not find out until later when I got late notices finally on February 26 I make another payment and get a confirmation email this time and think it’s done. The very next day I get an email that my access is cut off and they’re cutting off my lock and going to auction off my stuff in April. I call in to customer service again to find out what’s going on. They say the payment didn’t take. They have no record of me ever trying to make a payment and then say if I don’t make a payment, they will sell myself, we try again to make a payment with a supervisor because their system is still down. They tell me they know they are having system problems, which is why they only charged me one penny for a late fee. this time the payment takes, but their website is still down which means I’m going to have to fight again. Next time I want to make a payment , no other company has ever made me fight this hard to make a payment, it’s beyond ridiculous. Save yourself the stress and frustration. Just go somewhere else.

We rented a unit from them to store our utility trailer. When my husband went to pick it up, our lock was off the unit and one of the facilities locks were on it. They gave him the code to open it and confirmed the unit was rented to us. When he used the code to open it the trailer was gone and there were other things in there, old junky car, propane tanks, etc. none of it was ours. They accept no responsibility even though one of the company’s locks were on our unit!!! They wouldn’t allow him to speak to a manager told us to call crime check which we did. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

When otter bought this facility it declined . Dirty halls, restricted access to multiple units for days because of broken door systems, no.plowed access to units after snow days, and on and on. Would not recommend this contact less could care less facility

I have been renting from this for several years. The first few years were great, and then it was sold to another company. I stayed with them despite several rental increases. Now the company has sold again, and I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. I am no longer able to pay my bill online (and yes, I've tried setting it up several times), and I keep receiving notices that my gate code has been suspended, even though I have made my payments (via phone). I have also been notified of yet another price increase. I am quickly losing confidence in this facility, and will be looking to take my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. We rented our unit online and completed the remote "move-in" process and were assured over the phone that we would be able to access our unit that day. This was vital since we were using an open trailer and pickup to move. After a 13 hour drive, we got to the storage facility and our gate code didn't work. The customer service number posted on the gate went to voicemail and the customer service number on our confirmation email rang to a national call center where a very nice gentleman transferred me back to the local voicemail. After another call, he said I could use their phone app to open the gate. I downloaded it and tried but that didn't work either. Now I'm exhausted and have nowhere to keep my possessions safe for the night so I'm frantically calling every facility in the area at 9pm. Literally crying in my truck right now.
