GESA has the worst customer support. I was made unaware of my lack of payment on a credit card despite signing up for automatic payments and then they not only dinged me but revoked the card. This place is HORRIBLE for people looking to build their credit. Cap One and BECU will notify you of anything going awry and also have solid apps for streamlining the processes and good text notifications for if anything goes wrong. I still can't believe how awful GESA was.

Our dealership finance department called to verify a pre approval rate as a courtesy to a mutual customer. (Customer believed that 6.99% was available on a 13 year old vehicle. It is not at GESA. ) After revealing a mutual customers intent to purchase a vehicle from my business, (To whom I was able to provide 7.49% rate) the branch manager Tucker chose to incorrectly advise our customer that the business (my business) they planned on buying from, had 'too high' price and they were being taken advantage of. (obviously quoting an insufficient NADA book value that literally disregards mileage at a 50% origin value and market prevalence) The '2010 Toyota RAV4 V6 4WD Carfax 1 Owner' in question was under 100k and has a low market prevalence and quite literally I am selling at an incredible deal! In fact, after looking, the $10k he told our customers my vehicle was worth ONLY reflects a MUCH higher mileage category and lower grade.This is quite unprofessional and he very intentionally misinformed our customers who then returned and left feeling taken advantage of because they valued the opinion of this person.These people shopped online and determined we had a great deal! Came in to my store to buy and were approved!I would have a deal and the customers would have a great vehicle at a great price if I did not work to get them a better rate by contacting GESA.These people have purchased from us in the past.I may never see them again.I am not over charging, I am providing an excellent service of hard to find, below average miles and above average condition vehicles.I expect an apology. This is a blatant disregard of ethics. It is unacceptable breech of trust that fails the customer of knowledge beyond the single factor analysis provided by this individual. This advice was not provided in good faith or considerate of the used car market. The commodity market is unstable and the product offered and advised against purchasing is not represented in the condition, category or mileage locally.

Every associate I've dealt with have been amazing to do business with. Beyond a professional level and truly feel welcomed walking into the institute.Great account options for kids also!

The Branch Manager Tucker told me and my Wife to take our business elsewhere because our credit score dropped after applying for a auto loan. They also allowed a proven fraud on our account to go through. A phone representative disrespected my Wife and when she was trying to explain everything. We have proof the company paid Gesa for the fraud and they still are trying to charge us. Gabby provides great customer Service otherwise this would be zeo stars. Tucker needs to go when my camper is paid off I am done with them!

I have had nothing but trouble trying to pay my bill by phone. I gave them all my info like full SS number, mothers maiden name, last transaction, acct number, but have been a member for so many years couldn't remember when I joined. Several different people said they couldn't accept my payment. Also, the automated service denied my phone number and lastfour of SS. I will need to drive into a local branch with passport, birth certificate and who knows what to pay this bill. They really don't like us to pay off?? So ridiculous! Never using this card again!

Zero care or regard for their customers. Incredibly smug and disregards human decency. Trash customer service experience that went all the way to the management. Do not bank/finance here

I have banked with GESA for years. I have never received anything but 5 star service for at least 11 years. Even when we lived away from a local branch- we stayed with this bank. The employees are kind, respectful, engaging and efficient. Thank you, GESA for being an amazing institution!

i’ve never had a good experience at a bank (mainly because of bad anxiety) but usually the workers wouldn’t really do anything to help but this bank everyone was so nice and i’m glad i finally went to a bank without a panic attack lol

Absolute worst phone service system I’ve ever experienced! NO direct line to a bank? Makes NO sense unless this is what the new, “customer service” looks like?! If you are an aging adult or shopping for a bank for an aging parent, KEEP SHOPPING! This will frustrate the hell out of them!

I have been banking with Gesa since it's inception in Spokane. I have always had a pleasant experience. Their staff always goes above or beyond with their customer service. I thoroughly enjoy doing business with Gesa.
