Can't even call a branch and talk to someone at the branch just a call center in another country that can't help no one lol I can't wait to finish this issue up and never look back . Real easy to talk to customers and not use a call center from another country .

Tomorrow's my wife's birthday yesterday we went to the ATM to withdraw $600 from the Gesa ATM. The cash was not dispensed and it told us to contact our bank. Gesa gave incorrect information to us and thud refuses to help a teacher on her birthday. We have had problems over and over with Gesa. They seem to care much more about marketing than taking care of their customers. It appears they are not accredited with the BBB and if you choose them you like me will probably have little recourse when they treat you the way they treated us.

Great location. The staff is super helpful, friendly and was able to help me with all my banking needs. Even got my debit card on same visit.

Outstanding Customer Service, Very Professional, Kind, and made me feel like a Valued Customer right from the start! Very open and welcoming Great Job to all who works there...I most definitely will be getting the word out there....since i opened my account almost a month ago, I was so impressed that I got 6 of my friends to join Gesa the very next day! And still counting! Great customer service =equals Great loyalty!!! Awesome Job guys

I am currently traveling overseas and locked out of my bank account due to TERRIBLE service at the N. Division branch in Spokane, WA. I specifically went into this branch to notify them that we would be traveling overseas so that this wouldn’t happen. The woman at the counter wrote my personal info on a sticky note - a sticky note!! - and assured me my info would be entered into their system. I requested a phone number to verify that this was done. She was huffy & her manager didn’t know of a phone # or even seem to care. My husband called the bank 3 days later to verify this was done. We were upset to learn that it was NOT done. He asked that it be noted on our bank acct that we were traveling in Europe. We were assured that this was finally done. Nope!! My bank card has been declined, we can’t access our bank acct and Visa Fraud Dept left a voicemail we rec’d 2 days later due to the time differences. We’ve had to put all of our meals, transportation, museums, etc on a credit card. This is my worst nightmare!!! We are beyond livid and closing our accounts.

I will definitely be switching banks, and closing all accounts with gesa. I'm pretty unimpressed with the online banking, I get so tired of watching to make sure things go through correctly, constant holds on random amounts of money and always some reason. After the change I've noticed significant drop in care for the costumers, and with all the annoyance things have even started to get weird. A neighbor (who I had NEVER spoken to before) came up to me wile I was pulling weeds in my yard and asked if I was Emily, and had told me a man with the name of ritchy from gesa had called her about my account. Ritchy wound up being from the main branch of gesa, when I got ahold of him to ask he only deflected, refused to answer any questions out right and would only tell me he was trying to reach me through a data base when i asked how he conected me to this stanger, I have been with gesa for the better part of 4 years and have never once until the change, either had an issue I was unwilling to deal with and move forward as a gesa member, or felt uncomfortable banking with gesa, I no longer feel comfortable with gesa having my information, because I no longer know that I have control where my information goes. with all that being said, the costumers service issues I have end with upper management , the people in the north store have always been very cordial polite and easy to work with, I have no complaints with the employees inside the north store, even the new members have done a great job at keeping the in store experience pleasant.

The Compliance Officer, Ben has an issue with Cannabis. I understand his job at the bank. BUT why does he have it out for us specifically is unprofessional. He again targeted us because we made a 14k deposit from a casino jackpot. Previously he closed my personal account and credit card because i bought supplies at a grow store. We showed the bank teller the earnings slip from the casino. We were just told it was scanned and shows up internally. Ben decided that was a lie and decided to freeze and close a car loan, a credit card, business account and savings account and stopped our application for a HELOC. Ben implied it was from illegal marijuana sales despite having the earnings receipt on file for it. We also were just told he has "vile" notes posted internally for us? What is his problem???? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HIM! We are in Cannabis, we are not idiots, we keep a very clear line between our other businesses, personal accounts and cannabis accounts. Just so you know Ben, the legal cannabis bank we use, monitors everything. We dont have a problem with that. We do have a problem with someone who apparently holds a vendetta. Or maybe Ben is just trying to justify his position? either way it stinks!

I went to Gesa (Northtown branch) to deposit 2 checks into my account. Thete were only 2 other customers in line but both seemed to have complicated issues other than normal banking. The manager quickly recognized this, and opened another teller station. Thanks to his action, I was able to complete my banking in a timely manner. Thank you for the great customer service.

Rating for this branch only, have been using online banking with GESA for two years and satisfied. I needed to get a check urgently to put rent so I called ahead in the morning to find out where I could go to find a teller. (The downtown location is not open to the public nor is the closest location to the east in the valley) I drove across town from south hill to find out the printer was out of ink. The best they could do was to suggest I drive another 30 minutes round trip to the further north location. Call ahead before you go.

Be VERY mindful of ANY Fast Cash loan. I took out a $500 loan and have paid over $731 AND STILL "OWE" $180!NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!-In all fairness the staff at THIS location has always been helpful.
