We purchased our table from another dealership who had it delivered to Global Billiard Supply for delivery and installation. We REALLY wish GBS had the table we wanted otherwise we would have used them to begin with. The dealership in Texas was great until they had our money then completely dropped the ball. If it wasn't for Aaron and his staff picking up the pieces we would not be as happy as we are. We owe it all to Aaron!! He came on a Sunday (Mother's Day0 and stayed until almost midnight to make sure everything was right. Not only that, they left no trace by cleaning up and using mats on the wood floors. We are so happy and cannot wait to use our new table!

Incredibly knowledgeable individuals on all three occasions that I visited the store over the last couple of months.I highly recommend them!I ended up not purchasing a brand new table.I purchased a used table from a non related private party.Global Billiard at my request recommend a professional pool table moving company to accommodate my purchase/move and set up from a private party.Very happy with Global, and there recommendation.Solid five star service!Bravo.

The purchase process was fairly easy, with the owner walking me through all of the decisions and their pros/cons. I love the pool table and think they did a great job setting it up. I would definitely recommend buyers stop by the store and have a conversation, before blindly going to another seller.The only thing that could have gone better was communication on the shipping schedule. I had to reach out and ask a couple times, only to find out it had been delayed. It would’ve been nice if they were more proactive about keeping buyers up-to-date on changes to delivery. I understand they have no control over manufacturer delays. It’s just frustrating to think your table is coming that week, calling to confirm, and then being told it is still weeks away. Pool tables don’t ship overnight, so they should’ve already known for a week or two that the table was delayed before I called.

Great place for all thinks billiards related. They were very patient with all of my questions and helped me select everything I needed to resupply my table. I would definitely recommend them to other billiards enthusiasts.

I went in looking for a new tip for my pool stick and a glove. The guys were so helpful wish I would have gotten there names. Explained I didn't need a new tip it just needed to be shaped. He took the time to fix my stick as best he could. Guess it started out as two different sticks. Once I get better I plan on going back and getting a NEW stick. If you're needing anything that has to do with pool stop in. They really know there stuff, having been in business over 50yrs.

Bought a cue stick and a case. Very friendly, informative, well stocked local brick and mortar store. Very honest and I highly recommend this shop. I showed up very near closing but never felt rushed. Thank you!
