This is the only place I will take my wheelchair van to, even though I live 3 hrs. away from them. They care about you n your safety and listen to what you have to say. They even work with the VA for you. 5 star all the way.

Albert and all the folks at GoldenWest Mobility have been great. They answered all our questions about vehicles that could and could not be adapted for our needs, they worked with the VA for us to get the adaptations approved that we needed for our van, and they did an excellent job when our equipment needed repair. They're wonderful!

Goldenwest Mobility Is fantastic! I have received quality service for many years from Albert at Goldenwest Mobility. Albert listens very well, and is helpful in answering questions about parts and vehicle service for my Toyota BraunAbility van. He is honest and his charges for parts and service are fair and accurate.
Mario requires that all of his employees are well trained, and he emphasizes safety concerning all products provided to the customer. Alex sold a new Toyota BraunAbility van to me; and he was knowledgeable about making sure the van would meet my special needs.
Mario, Alex, and Albert promote Braun products, and I am very pleased with the quality of the Braun products utilized in my handicap accessible van which I have owned for 10 years!
I highly recommend Goldenwest Mobility in Spokane, Washington!

Great service, least aggressive sales people I've encountered. They don't coax you to purchase anything specific, they inform you of their product to the furthest extent and encourage you to take your time to make a educated decision for your self. Its a limited market for mobility vans but glad we've had them to deal with rather than another dealer

We purchased our first van in 2017 and Alex guided us through the VA paperwork and handled every for us. We have had nothing but excellent service and consider Alex, Albert and Mario friends who have taken very good care of us. We’ve since traded in for a brand new Chevy Traverse and they have made the transfer so easy for us as they brought the new SUV to us! They go out of their way to assist and reduce stress.We love ❤️ the 2021 Chevy Traverse!!!

Thankful to have met Mario and grateful that he's a pro at wiring like peoples' lives depend on it - because they do. My trailer brake controller was poorly installed elsewhere, shorted and quit working. Given that I tow 10,000 lbs on a regular basis - someone could have been killed. Mario showed me everything that my "gold seal" mechanic did wrong - fixed the problem, installed a new controller, rewired the whole thing, new hookup on the bumper, AND this was all while staying late because he knew this was my work truck. This place is dedicated - and it also helps to have a master welder and electrician as the owner! Thank you so much...I may need an engine swap soon if you're up for it
