I went to donate a table and chairs and the man who came out to get them was extremely disrespectful to me and my husband because we were donating the table and chairs instead of taking them to the dump! Absolutely disgusting behavior by an employee.

This location is the closest to my house but I usually drive to the Goodwill on mead. With that being said, sometimes I will stop by this one on my way back from a thrifting day and I have found some of my favorite items here. Last week I got a pair of Sam Elderman boots for $8. When I looked them up on Nordstrom.com they retailed for over $100. I also got 4 pairs of unopened Target tights for $1.99 each. I love that because Target lost so much business, Goodwill is now carrying a lot of their unsold items! Because they are restocking all day, I get to see the staff there and they are always nice, or lighten the silence in the store. The only issues I have is parking which can be limited and crowded but that has literally nothing to do with the store :)

I used to regularly donate to this site, but not anymore. I make sure that I don’t donate “junk” and that items I bring in are in good condition. Your donation receiving team treats donations like junk, tossing them carelessly into bins, breaking and damaging them. What a waste of sellable items.

Well. I went back and forth on posting this but in the best interest of the public I feel it needs to be addressed for public health safety. I went in to buy some T shirts and possibly a desk for my son. I saw that the bathroom labeled all gender was open, I did think the sign was off. Anyway I went in and closed the door and looked down...well the picture says it all, the the bathroom absolutely reeked. Look down on the floor next to the toilet, enlarge the photo if you want. This is unexcusable, and a public health risk.

We visited at the end of December of 2024 and found several cool games, nice kids clothes and interior decoration. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of items.

This store is clean and very organized. The people working there were very helpful when I asked a few questions. They had a large book selection with paperbacks mingled with hard cover, however, they had few childrens books at this time. Clothes were organized by size which made it convenient. Dressing rooms were clean, had mirrors, and were well lit. I enjoyed visiting this store!

Dvds are cheaper at any thrift store, digital, copy, etc. Why pay more for a used disk you can still buy brand new cheaper online (3.99 per used disk in store). Far from thrift store prices, especially for a 'Christian' thrift store, very disheartening, basically ripping people off.

We have always taken our items to this particular Goodwill but never again! The man taking donations today with white hair, ponytail and a goatee is one of the most rude individuals I have ever came across at a donation facility! We will never donate here again! I am sorry for Good Will that you have to take employees like this.

I use to love shopping this Goodwill but the prices keep going up. As of the new year shirts that use to be $5.99 are now $7.99. Dresses that were once $7.99 are now $12.99. You can tell they aren't selling as much as they used too because their clothing racks are so full that it's hard to look through. I'll just shop the Goodwill Outlet where everything overpriced ends up super cheap!

Today I noticed that some sweaters I looked at were priced at $10.00, $15.00 and $20.00. It appears that prices are going up. I love this location and the staff are awesome but the pricing needs to be re adjusted. There is no consistency in pricing. Are they pricing items based on brand or condition, after all the stuff is used.

the employees putting away items don’t say excuse me, just run into you with their 3-tier carts. headphones in, no eye contact, no smiles, everyone seems miserable there. at check out the cashier, deborah told my aunt, she should have taken the hangers off, excuse me? then instead of ringing the next person in line up she started eating muffins. deborah sucks & needs to be retrained. patrick was amazing & helped all the customers while deborah decided to snack on muffins & not do her job. this store is really poorly run & i won’t be back to this location

Took some gently used office and patio furniture here in a u-haul. Upon arriving, the older male employee heaved a huge sigh when he saw what we had. Informed me he’d need to get a supervisor to ok my donations but didn’t actually go get one. I had a few items they’d accept and both men just stood there while my 13yo daughter and I dug through the truck finding those things. Each item I found, I had to hold up and get their ok. Neither bothered to get in the truck to see what we had or help us get things off the truck. Except to say yay or nay to items, I’m not really sure what these employees do. Good to know for the future that instead of trying to reduce, reuse, recycle, I should just take things straight to the dump.

One of the better goodwills i've been in! I moved to spokane in 2021 with about 3 suitcases worth of possessions and since have furnished most of my apartment from there. Almost every dish in my kitchen, about a dozen pieces of furniture, countless knickknacks, a binder each of cds and dvds and a lot more... Prices are pretty standard for the current state of inflation in my experience, and they are almost always well stocked with a good turnover on stuff, and staff are pleasant. You're unlikely to find rare or high end items or collectibles there, but a really great way to get basics, necessities and quirky little trinkets for a fraction of the price of new.
