Went in and to get my favorite hiking boots repaired. 10+ years old. Owner was straightforward and eager to start the repair. Started working right away. Fair pricing. Even opened up after I arrived after regular hours of operation. Highly, highly recommend.

Such a kind gentleman! Customer service was amazing, and the prices were so reasonable for such great quality repairs! Before going I did not realize they only took cash or check, but John still took my shoes and said it was no problem and I can pay when I pick them up! 11/10 store, loved the Zag theme❤️💙

Cannot thank John enough for his service. Road tripping the northwest and only in town for one night. Favourite boots repaired and condition overnight at a very reasonable price for what I was asking. True gem!

Amazing shoe repair! My friend brought in a pair of Versace shoes, and the soles were cracked to the point he was going to trash them. After 3 days they looked like brand new. The owner, and his family, have been in Spokane all their life. I can't remember how many generations of shoe/leather repair his family have been doing. Very very reasonable prices. Before you throw it out, take it to Goodyear Shoe Repair first.

You don’t need think if you should go there or no!! Just Go There!!! This store is great and these two brothers are amazing!! Store is clean, neat, organized and well kept! Which show owner is great!
Then, these two gentlemen brothers are one of nicest people you have seen!
And, their job is great and well done!! I just dod my belt, shoe and dis some shopping from their store yesterday! Great experience and highly recommend!
