Called to verify store hours and if they had an ATM. Whoever answered the phone was rude and sounded like the last that they wanted to be doing was talking to me. When I said “bye, thank you!” they just responded with “alright” and hung up.

I'm so glad I stopped by this place. I went in seriously not knowing what I was looking for and these folks took good care of me. They really know their stuff and always have a smile which they are happy to share. Visiting GreenHand has become the HIGHlight of my week! <3

I personally love Greenhand and the employees. I mostly buy flower or pre-rolls and I've never felt rushed to pick something and they're always patient with me. They scan ID at the door to make sure you're of age....then they scan it again at the register to double check and/or pull up your account with them. They're simply doing their jobs so they don't get fired. Anything online, the employees don't enter in. It's a third party company. Again, can't blame the employees. GREAT place to buy flower and pre-rolls! ❤️

I spend $3 K a year on these products. Been a couple years since I have been here, better value elsewhere. Today ordered Durban Poison online, got there only to find out it is Durban Cookies and they can't spell. Went somewhere else, of course. Hate wasting gas and time to come in from out of town only to be dissapointed. Think I'll give 'em anoher couple years before I try to buy again.

Don't shop here for carts. If you have to return your cart and they don't have what you had originally bought you will just get whatever is on the shelf in that brand regardless of what you can or cannot smoke (strain wise). Other than that the shops OK.

Love going here it's close to home and the people are super friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I'm super picky and always leave satisfied. Also for someone who spends alot the reward system currently in place is gracious and I recieve discounts on every purchase and build up rewards too. Been going for 7 years now and not gonna stop anytime soon.

This place has the widest 90/10 sative selection. It's wonderful here and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I love this little shop with its giant billboard and if I ever come to Spokane again I'll be stopping here
