Service is spotty, based on how many people are shopping. I would regard this place as understaffed based on foot traffic. Expect your brand new guitar to be used as all of their stock is hanging on a wall for anyone to play

GC used to be a good place to sell used gear. Nowadays, their offers are no better than what you'd expect from a pawn shop. The offers are so low-ball now, it's almost insulting. Of course, this is just my opinion. Sell with care, and know what your gear is worth before you go to GC.

There were 4 people sitting at the register not one of them would help me find a guitar bag. Absolutely no customer service. Too busy talking to each other. Definately going anywhere else. Hoffman.

Okay selection - would prefer a more customer friendly atmosphere.
I asked them to hold a $50 Mogami Gold cable for me while I was looking at the some more gear and they put it back.
I guess they must be rich at this guitar center and don’t need to make sales?
