“I have been here 3 times, the first was to transfer a firearm I bought from a local 3rd party, to which the Clint walked me through the process and explained everything to me as it was my first firearm. A few months later I went back and purchased 2 additional firearms, one that I had found and the other based on his recommendation. The 3rd time was again to transfer a firearm to a friend that purchased it from me and again, Clint made sure both of us knew what was going on and made sure we understood the forms and what they were asking for. I plan on taking him a rare 1911 that was gifted me to soon to see if he is interested. I don't know what the negative reviews stem from, yes there are days you can tell Clint seems a bit pre-occupied but I don't think most people understand all the things business owners need to take care of on a day to day basis, ESPECIALLY the firearms business in WA state which is ever changing so fast in ways that aren't usually in the people's best interest and he needs to be the first to know about these changes and how it will effect his business. So if he's a bit distracted, maybe put yourself in his shoes for a moment and realize he might not be able to blow rays of sunshine your way every visit you make, who knows what the state legislature is trying to pass right now lol.”
“Best pawn shop in Spokane. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and caring people. Very honest in all their dealings and put customer service first. I love this place and come back every chance I get.”
“I want give this business 5 stars as almost all of the staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Phillip was the only exception. He was demeaning and condescending not only to myself but to his female coworkers. He wasn’t a good personality fit for ladies night. However, the rest of the team were beyond amazing, which encourages me to be a repeat customer.”
