I was booked for a haircut with Bart. Sat down and immediately was nervous. I should have went with my gut. My hair lasted 12 minutes. He didn't thoroughly brush or comb my hair. Didn't shave it properly and left patches. He didn't part my hair out into sections and cut it. Just combed straight down and took off the ends. Didn't offer a wash or style. He nicked my neck, which has never happened before. Scissors weren't sharp and were snagging on my hair. I left the salon worse than when I showed up. I will never got back or recommend his services. Pics are added for proof. This is what my hair and faced looked like when I left there.

I have seen Bart 4 times now. He does an amazing job on my difficult hair. He's professionally yet caring super friendly, easy to talk to, and now my friend. The salon is clean, very organized, & well decorated. I consider this salon to by far #1 in Spokane.

Cheryl Gives me the best haircuts I’ve had in years. I am an old lady with short wavy white hair and she knows how to cut it with the waves. She is a gem!

Bart is awesome and does my hair exactly as I ask for and just the way I like it. He is so friendly and courteous and makes me feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated.

Renae is a very talented stylist. I have never been happier with my blonde results. I highly recommend booking with her. Super friendly and relatable as well, which makes sitting in that chair so much more fun!

They were able to get me in last minute for a spur of the moment hair cut. I had the pleasure of having the owner himself cut my hair. He was so kind and did an amazing job on my hair. I will be returning!

My 18 year old daughter had to have her hair fixed the same day, after the owner left streaks in her hair, botching an all over highlight. I paid, didn't complain, and left. I felt I couldn't as the whole salon was praising his work on her hair. Do NOT go here.

Rene is absolutely amazing!!! I have gotten my hair done by her for a very long time.. I get my hair colored red and it is a very hard color to get right and I am ALWAYS beyond satisfied!!! When I do decide to get my hair cut it always turns out great.. I bring her a photo of what I am wanting and it will look pretty dang perfect.. If you are looking for a hairstylist who cares, give her a call ♥️

My hair turned out worse than I would have liked. I went in because I saw all of the great reviews, and was extremely confused when I saw the results. I got my hair lightened, and the man who did my hair didn't use any toner so I left with bright yellow hair and some serious banding. I can forgive the hair not turning out right, but when he dropped the dye brush into the pile of strangers hair on the floor and continued using it I was very upset. Definitely won't go back.

Oh my goodness! Thank God for Rene! She saved my hair! Its gorgeous! Hairworks is amazing. The atmosphere was chill. People were smiling everywhere.
