Got the sky numbers for the items I needed on the website and wrote them down, took the list to the front desk and the guys in the back grabbed my stuff and loaded me up. Couldn't ask for better service

Harbor Freight, because they're not at work. They're somewhere else! Poor help in store and my last choice for hardware!
The Supervisor told me he'd help me next, and never came around. He was literally pacing circles 10 feet behind me in front of their entrance and check out. This is the norm from over a year ago. So, it is anywhere else but there, clean store; no help.

Best prices I’ve seen for tools And miscellaneous stuff. Friendly staff, there’s a membership you can get with annual fee I think $30ish and get discounts that pay for themselves quickly. Only downside is there’s only two locations and they are both far from home an hours could be longer…

Harbor freight is a very bad company. I bought a tig welder and it was defective right out of the box. Went to return they charge me $210 restock fee. Don’t understand why they charge me restock fee for junk they sell. Not even my fault.

What ever I need, no matter if it is a hose, zip ties, nut/bolt set or a simple measurement tape Harbor Freight has it. And as a bonus if the store doesn’t have it, you came bet it is online, available and will ship fast. My favorite extension cord came from their online store and the best hose attachments too.
