If I could leave negative stars I would. I brought brand new tires to them to have them put on my car. When I got the car back multiple pressure monitoring sensors didn’t work anymore. The little boy that works there first told me that the battery’s in the sensors die sometimes when you change the tires. THATS NOT TRUE. Then Tried to tell me I would have to pay them 120+$ to have them put on new ones. He also told me customers call the time with this problem after he changes there tires which tells me he messed up lots of peoples cars and then rips them off by charging them for replacement. I don’t believe it’s intentional He probably just dosent know what he’s doing. DONT GO HERE. They told me it’s my problem and hung up on me. The manager and the worker are both to you g to running things there

Fast, friendly, decently priced. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and got right back. I even got an apology for the amount of time it took but I honestly didn’t notice and was just happy someone could help me! I highly recommend Hillyard Tire!

I was pretty disappointed with what I very nicely asked and never happened. I got in my car in oily residue on my shifter, also my steering wheel and door handle, it’s a very light colored interior hard to get out. Aside from that Smelled of booze, pills, and cigarettes. Then I thought hey, I’ll check my in car camera footage, with audio for the employees reading this. What I saw…. What a shocker…. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they did change my tires. Seems like they did a fair job at that.

I was directed to Pacific Northwest by another reputable tire place up the road who didn't have the tire I needed. Pacific Northwest did. They were unbelievably fair, fast and courteous. I then sent my daughter who was told she needed an entire set by a large chain tire company. Again Pacific NW took care of her and saved her hundreds.

A tire that consistently lost air required replacement and eventually became flat.
I visited this establishment to obtain a replacement tire. The staff demonstrated friendliness, expertise, and efficiency. Despite arriving thirty minutes before closing time, the tire replacement was completed swiftly. The provided tire was in excellent condition, appearing virtually new despite being labeled as used.
I intend to return to this establishment for future tire-related needs, whether it be for new tire purchases or replacements due to tire damage.

Fortunately they had the right tires after a little over the phone confusion, and then after mounting. I had a great time. Sad he had to mount and balance two tires for no reason. ✌️
