“We visited the lazy boy showroom in Spokane to look at a recliner that I had seen advertised on Facebook. We were greeted immediately by an associate who directed us to what we were looking for and let us know he was nearby if we needed help. After looking around for a bit Jim, a design consultant offered to help me also. He showed me choices of fabrics and explained the options. He was very friendly and helpful, and made the process quick and easy. My husband and I were very pleased with the service. We have purchased many pieces of furniture at this lazy boy location and have always been happy with the outcome.”

We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. There’s a really cool staircase in the store and it adds a little bit of fun when you go downstairs and you find out that urban outfitters is not just a clothing store—they sell stuff like books, pottery, face serums, various odds and ends, Knick knacks etcetera. I would give them a 5 star rating but they do not have a plus size section, so I’m giving a 4 star rating.”

“Love this Ross store! I would give it 5 stars, except they now have the entrance and exit roped off and stop you before entering for about 10 seconds, causing a line sometimes. Understandable, as this store is dealing with high theft and transient activity, however it is a bit inconvenient for the rest of us. Friendly, professional employees, great prices, and selection!”
