Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Their payment portal is useless and they don't keep track of customer information. I will never use them again and I've warned all my friends and family. Read the fine print in your contacts - specifically told the loan officer what the loan was for and now they want me to refinance because I use vehicle for business - that's why I bought it and the loan officer knew that. They said somewhere in fine print it's personal only - although I can't find that. Said they called me - when I asked what number they gave some number I've never heard of. Had to look up my application to get information. Absolutely worst service. Go elsewhere...

I would not even give it one stat except that I have to pick a rating. Worse credit union ever! We were lied to when we opened our account and had fraudulent charges less then 6 hours later. Worst customer service I've had. Do no call the call center they say you have to go to the branch and then the branch says you have to go call the call center. We have been there less than a month and we will be closing our accounts with them.

I have been a member for years. The team members have always been very friendly & helpful throughout the years. Cierra and KaitLyn were especially helpful with a problem I had one of the last times I went into the branch.

Thank you for loosing my Car Title! If I could give you No Stars, I would! Your Customer service is non existent. Me- Lexus has not received my Car Title? H - We emailed it to Lexus on June 13th Me- who did you email it to? H - I don't know Me - Can you please email it to xxx.com H- sure Me - called Lexus : we did not receive any emails & we need a paper copy of your Title Me - called Horizon again! Me - Lexus has not received my Title H- We mailed it to you because we did not receive any specific instructions (even though Lexus bought your loan) Me- what address did you mail it to? H - your OLD HOME address in WA Me- I live in CA! Me - I contacted new home owner in WA & they did not receive & it was not forwarded to me. Me - Called Lexus - too need to apply for a duplicate title from WA STATE ME - called DMV Spokane Valley, WA DMV - Will fill out application & mail to you Horizon mailed your title to some car lot Once you receive application, you need to get it notarized & mail back to us & we will mail Duplicate Title This can take up to 8 weeks Me - Will call DMV in Spokane again because I still have not received Title

Worst thing ever I had back surgery wasn't even told my account was going to be closed after 45 days. Also made my interest rate go up to where it's impossible to pay it off while continually charging me insurance charges and not giving me this insurance agencies information stay away from this bank. They're horrible.

I had a great experience with horizon credit union.The customer service was outstanding with Cari Horstketter Spokane Washington. She was very polite helpful and professional. I went in to horizon to get added onto my daughter's account and I can't say enough nice things about their financial service representative, Carrie. I really liked her. She was helpful, sweet, easy to get along with, and had the cutest personality. My husband and I are thinking of opening an account now and would definitely go back to this one, even though we live up north, to work with Carrie again.

I love the staff here. So friendly! Larissa helped me get money out of my account and was so patient even though I need a lot of small bills. She was sweet and visited with me and really made my experience an enjoyable one. ?

Fraudulent institution. They fleeced me out of over $1600. Bounced me from one person to the next and i finally connected with a "manager" who agreed that the charge was unwarranted and in error. But refused to compensate me because i was planning on refinancing with a reputable bank with integrity. They fully admitted what they did was wrong but would only make the situation right if i stayed with them. Do yourself a favor, find another credit union with lower rates and higher integrity. These folks are bad news!!!!! And like many others who have written reviews, they dont deserve one star! The deserve jail time!
