Unfortunately, we had a group of people in the room next to ours who partied until 4am. The walls are very thin and this experience has left us not wanting to return to this hotel. When asked about our stay we told the front desk about our experience and they said "that is too bad" and offered nothing in compensation. We will not recommend this hotel.

Reducing the free breakfast--to get only one free breakfast per room is absurd. I like the place, but that may be it.

Staff was so helpful, friendly and courteous. Smaller rooms that I’m used to. Some noise but they provided, I completely put to use. Came to take tour with niece WSU. Price is very reasonable.. we had a good nights sleep.

This place is great as it is within walking distance for several venues like The Knitting Factory and The District Bar. There are a lot of great restaurants and several of them if you show your room key you can get a discount. The room was very clean and looked like they had been recently renovated as everything looked new. The bed was super comfy. And even though it was downtown, the noise was minimal. They do leave ear plugs in case you need them. The parking is limited but has a gate so you feel safe from any issues with vandals. The clerk that checked me in was very friendly and went over the complementary breafast at Rosie's, which is next door. I do recommend this hotel if you want to stay downtown and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and attractions. I will be staying here more often when I come to Spokane.

I use this hotel every time I'm in town for work. It is great and clean and the staff is always friendly. It's also nice because it's close to good restaurants

Best place for the money downtown! We have been coming back since 2017!

This place is a real find. Great bar & breakfast spot next door. Nothing fancy but if just there for an overnight stay or 2 - it's perfect.
Walkability: A 3 min. walk to the Davenport if you want to see all the glitter at Christmas but don't want to have the hassle of all the crowds.
Food & drinks: Great bar and happy hour

Room was basic Room VERY clean!
Queen single didn't have great experience booking but was taken care of on arrival. Very noisey area. Trains all night
Walkability: Withing walking of literally everything
Food & drinks: Entertainment district so lots to choose from

Suzie was amazing in the day time, and the evening desk lady was also lovely.
Hotel bar is 2 thumbs up with amazing happy hour, food, and service!
The rooms are clean, the bathrooms fancy.
There is parking and an elevator, ice machine.
Great location.
And the food voucher for next door- the place had absolutely delightful food.
Would 100% stay sgain.
