  Rented a unit here summer of ‘24 for my university student. Ryan was awesome, responsive & helpful, and their online site for managing your unit (auto pay, closing out) was convenient. Small complex, located in a quiet neighborhood so I consider this a hidden gem! Can’t recommend enough.

  The new owner, Ryan, is wonderful.   Family ran operation, great people to work with. Clean facility in a convenient location to Gonzaga. Highly recommend
