when I called to ask about availability he was quick to answer and he even left me the lock I needed for the unit, I haven't had any problems renting a unit here and the neighbor right next to the units is very friendly and keeps an eye on the place as well.

Rented a unit here summer of ‘24 for my university student. Ryan was awesome, responsive & helpful, and their online site for managing your unit (auto pay, closing out) was convenient. Small complex, located in a quiet neighborhood so I consider this a hidden gem! Can’t recommend enough.
