We got here to do our yearly taxes, like we do every year. We waited for 28 minutes, thinking they were running behind. We got told their systems canceled our appointment. Then was told to come back tomorrow. Shame on you H&R Block. Your customer service was unacceptable! We called customer service to advise them of this, and got someone even more incompetent on the phone. Your company makes millions of dollars. You need to do better!! Never use this location, if your expectations are to get timely, reliable and fair service and treatment.

We paid 89.00 for the worst service of a professional service. They made a mistake on our taxes and after working with them a second time they' just dropped us. Did nothing for us. I could have done my oun taxes made a mistake and saved 89.00.

I wish I could go with 4.85 instead of 5. The wait time was a bit long, but they were super kind, efficent and very helpful. Thank you, David and everyone else in this H&R location!

Told to walk in but get turned away twice now if it’s that busy there should be more employees h&r block has turned into the worst tax service I swear after this I don’t want to go back

I was very disappointed in this years experience. I scheduled a time online to come in a visit with a tax pro. Came in and was told that no one could help me. When taxes where done I was called and they left a message telling me I was going to be getting back a nice refund. That was not the case. When I called I was told that was false. That was really frustrating getting excited and then finding out that wasn’t the case at all. Last year we got to visit with a tax pro and they helped us set up a payment plan with the IRS I asked for that same help this year and was told they won’t do that and I needed to go online I was lead to the do the wrong thing on the wrong IRS website. So that cost me even more money. Just upsetting that this year I had to pay more them the last two years combined and got way less help. Never once did I talk to a tax pro during this whole tax season. Would have been cheaper on TurboTax this year… and I checked. I’m not upset that I owe taxes just wish I could have gotten the help I paid for.
