I dropped in and spoke with a gal at the front desk and gave her a little info about my situation and she took my phone number and said she’d have one of the ladies call me. Well my phone rang after normal business hours and it was a very kind woman named Sandra Burbridge ~ she asked me some questions and then suggested that I swing by on either Saturday or Sunday and she’d take a look and let me know what I needed to do. I followed her instructions and went in on Saturday and she took me into her cubicle and entered some info and looked at me with a smile and said you’re all good and please don’t worry everything is all set and you don’t owe to the IRS or her.
I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciated her and her kindness when it seems people have become so unkind over the past 7 or 8 years.
So if you see this post Sandy ~ I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a shining light during a very difficult time not just in my life but I’m sure others as well.

I only put one star because that's the lowest thing I could put but I put negative Stars if I could and the whole thing is because they ripped me off they didn't give me the loan that I needed and so basically lied to me for something I could easily do myself h&r block sucks don't ever use them unless you want to just get ripped off and have to pay half your taxes for nothing and not get your loan

My wife & I filed in February its now july no return the irs sent us a letter that says they havent all the info they need to process further I've been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 days now, got ahold of someone at hq yesterday had a phone appointment never got the call, was charged over $400 for frustration & delays
