Terrible experience here. Tried to deposit a check but instead got treated like I was trying to pass a phony check.. can’t access any of my money now because instead of asking any questions, they arbitrarily decided I looked suspicious or something and decided to put a hold on my funds. Thanks guys- I appreciate the judgement and unprofessionalism.

Absolutely appalled with the behavior of this branch. Goes against all ICCU values and standards. This branch in paticular is the worst due to the "manager" who isn't even a Manger. This lady went on a power trip and canceled my account because I wanted to know why I couldn't cash an endorsed check like ANY OTHER bank or credit union. I've been banking with ICCU for 6 years and never had a problem until this horrible nightmare of an experience in this spokane one. I couldn't be more upset at this branch for the awful treatment a longtime customer received. I'm being nice enough not to name the lady who treated me so badly but she should be ashamed of her behavior. After finding out she was in fact not a manager I understood why I was treated like that instead of someone giving me an explanation. I will literally drive all the way to the amazing Post Falls branch which has always treated me like family unlike this spokane branch that is out of control. Hopefully this review helps anyone looking to bank at this branch. ICCU in general is amazing and I recommend. Just stay away from this branch until this lose cannon of a "manager" is fired or moved far away.

Stole my money and said they will return it but it will take "3-4 days," meanwhile my bank account is at -$360 and I'm being charged overdraft fees while they fix THEIR problem, and they won't do anything to help me. I already filled out their ridiculous survey that they'll post in response to this review instead of actually giving me my money back.

After 2 separate credit checks, and wasting 3 weeks of our time, we were in the same place we were before we spoke to Aric. Spent the whole time window shopping waiting for him to make a phone call. When I text him to remind him "Hey, so what happened with that call?" and he said "I left a voicemail." Then down the line he says "Oh that voicemail wasn't set up so I wasn't even able to make the call." Completely pointless to work with and I cannot believe he had some good standing to be referred in anyway.

Financed through them because they had the best rates at the time but I have had nothing but issues since. Their website doesn’t let me pay my bill and their app crashes whenever I try to use it. Their support line is just an endless cycle of “let me transfer you to a different specialist” that just tells me that “this never happens”. Car payment is now 4 days late because they’re incompetent.

Managers a liar, we were told to drive 4 hours to this branch to deposit a check with guaranteed funds. He told care on phone that one the checks came back which never happened on our account in ten years out of spite because I said he wasn’t doing his job. We have gone to this branch many times and always have funds released. It was even in the notes. Banks have insurance on issues like this and apparently iccu is broke. They pulled out coop in branch. Now can’t even guarantee funds. I’ve lost a ton of respect and I’m sure it’s just him. Being a grinch. Plus he told my wife he would make them available if she deposited, go back to the camera. He is a liar and I don’t trust liars with my money
