Debt card not ever set the first time, teller hung up abruptly on phone, and they arbitrarily place holds even on CASHIER'S CHECKS for two weeks without any more reason than "there is a lot of fraud this time of year"- AFTER calling and confirming the sending bank. -Bank Manager's discretion apparently.Will be closing accounts and finding new bank asap.

Absolutely garbage bank. Have been trying to order a new debit card for months and after they put in the address wrong for the third time the manager (Ryan I belive) was completely rude and sarcastic. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere they have been nothing but a issue since day one of two years of banking with them. Especially this specific branch.

Iv banked at inb for 15 years and all the people that work there are good people but I'm not going to lie I'm not happy at all that they are first interstate bank now. Things were just fine the way they were.

I came into this bank with a very good friend of mine to get a Pre qualification for a home loan, and am very disappointed to say never once did Geoff Lee the lender we saw use his computer to check her credit to see if she would in fact Pre Qualify, he instead sat across from us at his desk with his arms crossed looking at her with judgment in his eyes probably because we just got off of work at our 112 degree shop so our appearance was not great i will admit that BUT REGARDLESS it shouldn't matter. He then asked if she has 5200 dollars for a down payment in a rude manor still never touching his computer or asking any other questions, my friend then stated she did not know where to begin with trying to become a first time home buyer, he then told her he cant help her. because she didn't have 5200 dollars all the while there was a fixture of brochures on first time home buying tips for guiding first time home buyers sitting on his desk right next to her never once did he offer her that information or tell her to grab one for herself, needless to say her first experience with the RECOMMENDED LENDER was Very discouraging and she left this place in tears. SHAME ON YOU INB for not even giving her the time of day !!! ! BACK INFO, her credit score is well over 700 with all her past debts handled as well as has a ZERO debt to income ratio she makes good money at her full time job of over 6 years!!!!!!!!

Have an account with them for about 2 years now they tell me that all Get paid early by 2 days I Never have There is one of the biggest reasons why chose to bank with them they never help

On Tuesday August 16 I visited the Cd'A branch on Ironwood and became aware of fraudulent activity on my checking account. The people there were very helpful and the situation was resolved by the end of the business day. I received a phone call to let me know and went back today to sign paperwork setting up my new accounts. This was my second encounter with fraud in 4 months and both times the problem has been remedied quickly. Thank you so much.
