The amazing coffee is free (starting fluid) ! I miss Inland N.W. INB was better for me ,but it folded to them . However the free coffee is not bad,and made fresh everyday! Better than Starbucks? Staff are pretty cool too ? get you an account today ! Just never go negative. If that's what you want? Go with a Saudi foreign bank!! Support US owned banks

I cannot understand why this branch doesn't have a full 5 star rating. I love this branch so much. We moved 2.5 hours away and I cannot switch branches. I have never one time had an issue that the staff here didn't solve right away and with a friendly attitude. This is particularly true now that we are so far away because so many of our transactions we cannot come in to a branch. Every time I call, no matter who answers, they help me get whatever I needed taken care of. Cannot say enough about how great this branch is.

Avoid this bank, I had a terrible experience with the manager named Jean Smalley. She clearly was more preoccupied with eating the free cookies than she was with her ability to help customers. If you want a lifeless, featureless bank, look no further.

INB was great First Interstate Bank is terrible I've never been charged fees for so many things. They clearly don't want my money.

This situation of First Interstate Bank taking over INB has been a nightmare! They can't get anything right! We don't even have usable debit cards for many accounts or cards being declined when being used! I chose INB because they were a small local bank now they are part of Corporate America! So customer service is lacking and now it's call the 800 number for all issues! Probably going to have to look for a new bank!
