I have been with them for over a year. They took care of me when homeless via not charging over draft fees and the monthly fee for checking. Though, not sure if they still do the monthly thing fee in general.

4 hours a day? 4 days per week?No check deposit on the ATM, and my phone app does not work.I understand the concern for the pandemic, but this is frustrating.

My boyfriend opened a business account at this branch and was told that there is a 24 hour hold on deposited chevks. Next check he was given 3 different reasons for th check not beimg funded. Inconsistent informatiom and poor customer service.

The staff at division is great. The bank itself is awful. I have banked with Inb forever never had problems with cashing checks now they want to put a hold on it. Very fee driven .I get charged for everything. They are using my money to make money but act like it should be my privledge to bank with them. I'm looking at other banks . Stcu looks like it has far fewer fees and seems more community oriented.

I banked with INB for years and never had any issues! Since the day they switched to FIB I've had nothing but issues. Disappointed and sad to say I am now looking for a new bank.

When first interstste bought out inb it went down hill quick. Ive been baking there for 15 years and always had a great repor with all the employees. NOW they triple check my id, ask for extra verifacation after ive given them my id And check! To top ot all off they wont even let me cash my check untill 24 hours after a deposit. Ill ne canceling my acount and taking my bissniuss where im not treated like a criminal.

The people that work at this branch are great and always are very helpful when I walk in. The transition from INB to First Interstate has been seamless thanks to this branch. For a business owner this makes my life a little easier.

Since INB sold to First Interstate, who are fee driven brw, we are in the process of moving and closing our accounts. We really loved INB, customer service, and not fee driven. Today, I made three phone calls to speak with someone at this branch, and I only received a voicemail telling people to call back during business hours Monday thru Friday with times .I called at 10 this morning at three branches in Spokane. What the heck???
