Okay everyone this place is absolutely fabulous. I have incredibly thick wavy hair and I am very particular about my hair and my husband’s hair.
Shelby did my hair. As someone who has been absolutely butchered I get incredibly nervous going to a new place. But Shelby was very open during the process and showed me my hair as she was going through. My haircut came out exactly as I wanted and it was nice to have a cold drink offered when I came in, chat about books, and get a great haircut all in one.
Danielle did my husbands hair and she was incredible. I gave my husband some photos for inspiration on what he was looking for and it came out perfect. She even brought him over for me to come look at it once it was done for any finishing touches. My husband had a great time in her chair. I am so grateful.
I cannot recommend both of these gals enough. They were both great to be around very fun and did a fantastic job. I will be going back.
The only thing I would like to see at this salon which is ZERO reflection on the ladies above is I would like to see this salon carry higher end salon quality hair products. I understand their vision for their products but they just don’t work as well. Also as someone who is allergic to lavender it’s less than ideal having to worry about a reaction and feeling sick by the time you’re leaving.

I had an amazing experience with Lou for my balayage and style! Not only was the end result absolutely beautiful, but the whole process was such a treat because Lou is incredibly knowledgeable about the science behind hair. She explained things in a way that made me feel confident about the health of my hair and why she was making certain choices during the process.
On top of her expertise with color and styling, Lou has such a wealth of general knowledge—about Spokane, the community, and so many interesting topics—that made the appointment fly by. It felt like I was both getting a gorgeous transformation and having a great conversation with someone who genuinely cares and knows her craft inside and out.
Highly recommend Lou if you want someone who blends artistry, science, and connection into a wonderful salon experience!

I can live with, but I am disappointed. Miscommunications happen and i get that, i wanted my blonde taken all the way up but stylist thought i wanted it feathered so i don’t have to touch it up as often i guess but i still don’t see how this is feathered and doesnt just look like it’s already grown out. Got the wrong type of bang, tried to correct at appointment and stylist was very nice and understanding and tried to fix but again just disappointed.

I went to Shelby for a cut and color and she gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair looks and feels so much healthier. She did an amazing job and I’ll 100% be rebooking with her.

I can’t even put into words how thankful I am.! I cried from so much happiness when I got to my car. Your time and explaining and hair cutting skills are more than amazing.!
I went in feeling nervous and scared and not very in touch with myself and the girly side.
Now I feel like a woman again.!

My daughter and I both went in for highlights and haircuts. Everyone from the front desk to our stylists are kind, funny, and professional. We enjoyed our time and our hair more! We will be coming back again! Thank you fie a wonderful experience!

Just finished my 3rd energy healing with Jill. All I can say is WOW and (THANK YOU) She cleared so many blocks I didn’t even know I was battling. She is gifted in a way that you have to experience to understand. Business has exploded and deals I have been trying to close for months are falling together. The peace and calm I have felt the last 3 weeks is incredible. Life hasn’t gotten easier but my ability to move quickly through the bumps is thrilling! Thank you Jill I will be back to continue this journey!

Late post, last week I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Chris and it was probably one of the best experiences I've had getting my hair done! I had so much fun and lots of good conversation (we had some help in the process because I have so much hair but every stylist there is so wonderful, personable, and easy to talk to-I felt very welcomed) Highly highly recommend to anyone, especially if you're looking for a stylist and unsure of where to start😇

Chris cut my 3 yr old daughter’s hair today and the entire experience exceeded expectations. He was so thoughtful, kind, and child-centered—needless to say, my daughter enjoyed the appointment. He took his time to wash her hair (perhaps necessary because of the hidden yogurt in her hair), blow dry, and curl it. Most importantly, she left with a perfect haircut and has been staring at herself in the mirror all day. Thank you!

I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and I have left happy every time. The stylists are very sweet, great conversation, and communicate well. The salon is clean and beautfil as well. I recommend this place any chance I get 💙
