I recently purchased a car from Inspired Auto Sales and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle.
A special shoutout to Marvin, who was an excellent salesman—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Also want to thank John, the sales manager, for working with me and making sure everything went perfectly. Both Marvin and John went above and beyond to provide great customer service.

Sales person claimed another sales person sold the vehicle I was buying. Sounded like the deal on the vehicle was fake to begin with because this only happened when I asked for an inspection by a third party. They wasted a lot of my time

This place is a joke. Their phone number conveniently does not work. The owner will not answer his phone. I haven't been able to pick up the plates to the car that they over sold me. I would suggest going some where that has class and has professional habits. This guy does not even come close.

Last year I traded my 2012 Toyota Camry in for a 2008 gmc Yukon xl Denali. I needed a bigger car for us as a family. Well….. I test drove the Yukon. I loved it. It would be so perfect for us. It had a check engine light on so I asked for them to scan it and see what it was. The “ mechanic” there scanned it and said “oh I fixed that. I just forgot to clear the code” so he cleared it without telling me what it was running the code for or what he had fixed. 3 days later we are leaving out of town and the check engine light comes back on and my car is jerking every time I come to a stop. It was terrible. I took it to their shop place they send everyone. They gave me a list of problems that they could see. However the check engine light went back off so they couldn’t run the code. Turns out the code thst my Yukon is flagging is the transmition code evap code cat code and a few other smaller codes. I’ve been trying to call them recently to get answers on my extended warranty because their shop place said without the code they can’t fix anything. So I’ve been trying to find other shops thst can help me and I have been trying to get this fixed for about 9 months now. I can’t afford a new transmition when his car is only worth 4k running but guess what it won’t even start now. I tried calling them again today and all I get is “we are unable to complete your call” I won’t be buying another car from them again and no I won’t take down my post either unless I get some answers. My transmition shouldn’t have started going out 3 days after I bought it. The other shop I’m trying to take it to said that’s the first sign of your transmition going out.

Well this sucks,was just told by Anthony that because I'm not working fulltime that I can't get into this Kia soul. Or any other car on the lot. Was really hoping for it but yet again I've been turned down because of me not working fulltime and not a big enough down payment, some inspiring auto sales. Just ? sad

Tori, Anthony, Mitch, WERE BEYOND HELPFUL THEY GOT ME INTO MY DREAM TRUCK. It’s no joke when they say they deal with bad credit horrible credit no money nothing they legit get to know you as a person and work there butts off to get you into something you want. I can’t believe it they made my life so much easier and much better you want something get your butts in here and they can help you.
