I got my hair colored by the amazing salon owner, Aubri, and I’ve never loved my hair more! I wanted something bright and beautiful for the end of summer, and she made my hair dreams come true (as always)❤️
The salon itself is GORGEOUS, the vibes are absolutely PERFECT, and the stylists are the BEST in Spokane. Hands down the best salon in town!

I loved my experience here! The staff were very friendly and supportive and listen to what you want but also guide your vision to suit you best. The salon was beautiful and the hair wash bowls are SO comfortable, I've never liked that part of a haircut before. They also only charged me for the time the haircut took and not the entire booking time which was really sweet. I'm very happy with my hair and my stylist Nicole!

Was thinking to switch hairstylist because my hairstylist doesn't trim, doesnt do same color root touch ups, but always cut the hair. Was thinking to go there. So I called to make an appointment for consultation thinking it would be free. Nope, as soon as I made and appointment, I got a text with their website saying they will charge up to $150 ... for what? To discuss to do root touch ups, to discuss how I want to trim my hair? What the heck? This is a rip off. I ain't paing for a consultation. I ain't that rich. This is insane. Ya guys rip off people for good. When I saw additional prices I almost fainted. So I didn't show up. Not worth my time. All i wanted a root touch up and a trim it don't need anything fancy. Becareful making appointment here. If you are a billionaire, or rich then this is a place for you. If you have extra money to blow out the wind, this is a place for you.

I got toning done by Andrea today and she went above and beyond and was very attentive to what I wanted for my hair. I’ve been waiting to fix my bleached hair color for weeks and finally got it nailed down to the tea! The staff at jazz are very friendly and warm. I felt so confident after she finished doing my hair and left the salon feeling like a baddie! These ladies definitely know what they’re doing! I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m ever in Spokane! Thank you guys!

My first visit to Jazz and I'm sold. Andrea is amazing! She listens to your ideas and concerns, and then talks you through her ideas, making sure you're comfortable at every step. She is extremely educated and shares her knowledge in a way her clients can understand and apply. I walked out knowing how my hair was going to look, and not afraid at all that I wouldn't be able to recreate it. My curly hair can be a struggle, and her expertise with curls is mind blowing. Today, I received the best cut and color I've ever had. I give Andrea my highest recommendation.

I started going to Jazz over 2 years ago when I started losing so much hair. My hair lacked any luster and it was impossible to style. I was so afraid of doing anything with it fearing that more hair would fall out. However, Aubri completely transformed my hair and am so glad I started coming here.
With consistency and Aubri's kind and supportive personality, my hair is better than it has been in 15 years. I never thought I would have hair longer than my chin ever again, but now it is healthy and it is growing.
This is the perfect place to go if you are looking for someone who listens and cares and who has the expertise to make you and your hair look and feel amazing. Still the best salon I have ever been to. Incredible and awesome stylists

Aubri is 100%. She listened to what I wanted and understands hair style and textures to meet my expectations. My hair took much longer to highlight due to the amount I have (very deceiving fine hair) and she had to cancel a few other appointments. I appreciate her finishing when I was in as it would have been very difficult to get back in quickly. The atmosphere is calming, and it just felt nice to sit and be still. They provide refreshments which is really convenient for the long appointments. Definitely recommend her!

I have been a client of Aubri’s for a few years. I love my appointments with her! When I started with her I had received a spectacularly bad cut somewhere else. She helped me fix it & figure out what I really wanted. My hair looks great, both cut and color, & my appointments are like time catching up with a friend. Everyone in the salon is friendly & welcoming. I highly recommend.
