I am really disappointed with the service at this location. Not only were our taxes filed incorrectly for 2021, causing an overpayment of over $24k to the IRS, but we had to notify THEM of the mistake multiple times before it was fixed. When we received the incorrect amount back from the IRS we were told to wait until the IRS sends a letter of explanation. The IRS had also messed up twice on our return causing me to make MULTIPLE 2 hour long calls to get it fixed again. I spent over 14 hours total on the phone with the IRS to attempt to fix this. I work M-F 8-5 in a banking institution, this was extremely difficult to have to deal with. My husband reached out multiple times tonthis office to get help and was told they would call the IRS directly to resolve and would let us know whats going on. I was finally able to receive an additional check, after ANOTHERcall to the IRS, but we are still short over $3k and cannot get any help from our tax preparer.mMy husband has left several messages. I have also called HR to file a complaint also, but it seems callbacks from them as a whole are an issue. I have yet to get this resolved.*update. I called the number provided, the lady that answered was zero help. She sounded like she was just wanting to get me off the phone. She said she'd leave a message for someone to call me back. I have heard nothing back from anyone. Not surprising.

While the staff was nice, I will not be returning next year. The price to file your taxes through them is outrageous. I paid over $400 to have mine filed. It's my own fault for not shopping around but I had heard nice things about you guys.

J & H did my taxes really fast and thoroughly making sure that I got what I had coming and answered my questions and gave me good advise when I wasn’t sure I was totally satisfied with my tax return

I've been going to the office on Francis for years.They are always friendly. They have tax preparers who talk you through the changes every year and make sure you understand and get a accurate tax return.

Paid 500 to get my taxes done. They scheduled me to be here an hour before they open so now I'm waiting for an hour. The secretary doesnt know what's going on with the office in anyway and scheduled people on her time which is unprofessional and they lost us as customers and will make sure nobody I know will come here
