I love this company, we bought a ring for my daughter's 30th, we chose a band with emeralds which is her first son's birthstone. The service we superb and they were so patient. So three months later my daughter had a mishap and the ring required maintenance, I went in and the ring was fixed! No charge and it was so easy! This is the most amazing place for jewelry! Thank you to all the members of this business, we will be back!

Quincy did a great job assisting us and helping my wife find exactly what she wanted. He was patient and knowledgeable. The products were beautiful, and the lifetime warranty is a great added bonus!

At first it was a great experience, but after being there for almost two hours looking and being helped to a degree, the lady never contacted me back nor sent anything to my phone like Elizabeth Barnard said she would, one of the employees that helped, what's the problem can't move forward professionally? I'll take my 10k to another company that is deserving, if I'm gonna spend that kind of money, I expect actual service not lies of the bat.

They made our beautiful wedding rings 16 years ago. We always bring them back for cleanings when we are in town. Last time before we depart to Portugal ?? we brought in and Brenda's ring needed a repair and they placed the diamond ? deeper in the setting so it won't catch on things anymore. They cleaned mine up nice and shiney. Thanks again for making and taking care of our rings? all these years!!! ?

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nathan! I have brought my engagement ring to Jewelry Design Center many times for repairs (bought originally online) and they continue to revive it for me. This time around, Nathan was able to get my ring fixed, same day, and even gave it a much needed cleaning. Everyone here is understanding, kind, and truly care about your special pieces. Of the five times I’ve been here, it’s always been a great experience. Today was especially helpful and efficient. Thanks Nathan!

Fantastic in atmosphere wonderful to be able to watch the jewelers in the back on this overhead screens as it gives great confidence in the repair work or a custom designs. Plus the people have been so nice and so curious is so rare to find that I don't really know how to describe how happy I am with this design center. Bravo Zulu!

Today me and my fiancé went and picked out rings! Karl couldn’t have been any more professional and efficient. We had the best experience and plan on going back to see Karl and all of their great employees as our family’s needs and wants grow. Best service we have had in awhile.

Karl was very helpful. The full rebuild and additions to my wife's wedding set turned out amazing. The full price came out to a little more than the original quote but the quote was honored. Lifetime warranty with a checkup every 6 months. I would recommend JDC to everyone. Thanks again Karl ?

Today I worked with Nathan and Kara to update a ring and add a band. Nathan was wonderful in helping us make the best decision for adding stones to the existing ring. Thomas is very helpful and took time with me to be sure I got the design I liked. They did a fantastic job on putting together my grandmother’s, great aunt’s and my mother’s diamonds together in a necklace. In addition they repaired my mother’s bracelet as new! So thankful jewelry design!!
