New owner happy to sell infested plants... it's a shame this place isn't ran by Judy anymore...
Let me tell you about my experience at "Judy's INFESTED Garden" today.... I came in hoping to find some nice plants for the yard, but what do I see? APHIDS crawling all over them! It's absolutely disgusting, and they're trying to hide it! 2 of the staff were talking about the plants in the back of the shop being unavailable for sale because of APHID INFESTATION!!!.. I go and check myself and there they are... APHIDS everywhere!!!!! Nothing being done about them either and they're trying to keep it a secret!!! Plants on the sales floor crawling with APHIDS as well, being sold to us to infest our own gardens!!! Disgusting!!!
And don't even get me started on the staff... Instead of helping me, they talked to me like I'm clueless!!!!! Talking in a loud, condescending tone like I'm a child!!!!! or a dog!!! Like I've never seen a plant before!!!! I didn't appreciate the condescending tone at all... I'm old, I'm not stupid! Customers deserve respect! Left empty handed!!
As for the new owners, they need to be honest about their aphid problem... Selling infested plants is not okay. I expected better from a supposedly reputable place.
Overall, I'm very disappointed... They need to clean up their act and treat customers with respect... I won't be coming back, and I suggest you find somewhere else to shop for your garden needs. 20 years of good business.... down the drain!!

I've been shopping there for decades. Love the ambiance, variety & quality of the plants and garden extras! They make efforts ordering specialty plants like drumstick primroses from Canada. New owner, Jennifer is enthusiastic to keep up its reputation

I stopped by Judy’s Enchanted Garden on my way home after a crummy afternoon. I happened to be driving by when these thriving plants caught my eye. I knew I’d feel better just being around some lovely happy plants. There’s a wonderful selection all with reasonable prices. And to top it all off, the customer service was excellent! Thank you for making my day so so much better.

I had the best experience here last weekend, first I called and asked how their flower selection was, they quickly came back with how they had a great selection of flowers herbs, and trees, That were hardened for the weather. So positive and helpful, my husband and I jumped in the car and headed down to Judy’s. Jennifer helped us so much as well as the rest of the staff, I didn’t get all of their names . Overall everyone was super helpful, happy , helped us find exactly what we needed.

I raise butterflies and come here for my host plants (they carry hollyhock and milkweed) and they are always excellent quality and never have pesticides on them. I can't get over how beautiful their plants are and they stay that way throughout the season. And the prices are very affordable. I highly recommend this place.

I visited Judy's enchanted garden last week in search of a shrub that could do well in part shade, and the staff who helped me were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was pleased with the variety of plants I saw available and ended up taking home a hydrangea. That poor hydrangea immediately started to wilt and droop as soon as I transplanted it. I called the nursery in the hopes they could help me understand what I was doing wrong, and Judy came through. She called me right back, gave me some advice on how to help with my plant's situation and even provided me with a free bottle of liquid to help with the transplant shock. Thanks to her expert advice my hydrangea is perking back up and I expect it will settle in comfortably now. Thank you Judy!

I understand that the store may be busy, and that you don't have time to talk with me, but to hang up on me was quite unacceptable. Hope your garden side manner changes for the positive.
