I have to say that as long as you are making a purchase and giving them a sale. They are amazing however when you have to return the item They do not treat you with dignity or respect. Somebody should not have to feel ashamed because they can't afford an item Due to life's circumstances.I did go through a 3rd party so I contacted them and I'm still able to return the item however I did not know that when I went into the store to try and return the item.It's embarrassing having to do that but to have the store make you feel even more ashamed Is crazy to me.DO BETTER!!

The hubby and I have been long term customers of Kay’s, so when we moved states we were looking for the same exceptional service. We met Kaycee and the manger of the location and loved them both. We felt like we were home again.

I will NEVER buy another piece of jewelry from Kays. I had to send my wedding ring back 6 times! the last time I got it back, they melted my entire bottom of the ring off, and the lady hung up on me! She wouldn't give me my money back or give me a new ring. My ring is completely ruined and it was not cheap. NEVER buy anything from this store.

I will never ever buy another piece of jewelry from Jared or any of its sister stores again. We purchased an engagement ring, and a wedding ring online from Jared two years ago. Yesterday I went into Kay to get it cleaned after finding out they were a sister store of Jared. I told the girl that (didn't) help me, that I took it to a local jeweler days before my wedding to have it welded because the nearest Jared was 8 hours away. The jeweler snapped the two pieces together and told me that welding wasn't necessary, that the two pieces were meant for each other. So the girl at Kay kept arguing with me saying that they were welded, ( I should know, its my ring!) and that my warranty was null and void. She told me this about 5 times in the 10 minutes that I was there. I was not there to check on my warranty, honestly I didn't think they would ever honor warranties anyway! All I wanted was my ring cleaned!! She put it in the ultrasonic cleaner, (big deal, I can do that at home!) And when she handed it back, the ring was still tarnished. Again, she continued to argue that it been welded and that my warranty was null and void. Clearly she wasn't a jeweler, and was rude. I had to walk away before losing my temper.

First time buyer of "REAL" (keyword) Jewelry. I paid $100 per ring for 2 rings. I took them to have them appraised and they are worth $10.00 each!!! WTH did I pay $100 each, and they claimed that was a sale price! Is it legal to sell FAKE stuff like that?????!!!!!!

my partner bought my promise ring from here and it’s absolutely gorgeous ! the ring is perfect and Diane helped us out so much. we went back in to send the ring off to get sized and Diane remembered us and we had a lovely conversation. i definitely recommend buying your jewelry from here ! amazing prices and amazing workers :)

I went in for a wedding ring and a lady came up to me and asked me, “where do you work?” “How much do you make?” Then she showed me a $5000 ring. I immediately got out. I have never gone back there since then. It was 2014 but I still remember how she treated me.

My husband and son came into buy my Christmas gift. They decided on Winnie The Pooh Disney Treasures Garnet Balloon necklace. They did not recieve any Disney packaging with certificate of authenticity... just a generic plain black case that was broken inside a silver box. They purchased the lifetime warranty and were not given any pamplet. They found the matching earrings for my birthday this month at a Kay Location in Oklahoma City via Kay.com and they were purchased over the phone and sent UPS. It was $106 and we received Disney packaging, certificate, all receipts, bonds and even a coupon with a thank you card for our business. Extremely disappointed in the in person service my family received at this location.

If it wasn't for this place I would have never found Zales on sales this place treated me just like dirt, comma because the way I dress doesn't mean I don't have money to spend I ended up dropping 7 racks in zells because Kay jeweler didn't want to help me out

I want to thank the gentleman who helped 2/9/2022. I previously went to Jewelry Design Center to have a bracelet evaluated only to be told that they were fake diamonds. Just a quick glance through the mini magnifier and off JDC sent me. I wanted a second opinion and brought the bracelet to Kay's. The gentleman who helped was incredibly patient, thorough and erased any doubt that they were fakes. He tested the diamonds and also placed them under the jewelry microscope and explained the different attributes that only real diamonds would have. He made day. Exceptional customer service. Thank you so much.

Beautiful jewelry at awesome pricing. Diamonds have a life time warranty as long as it is inspected every 6 months. They will also cover any damage that occurs to your jewelry.Awesome people as well.

Kay jewelers has the worst customer service ever. You will wait 90 minutes just to talk to a manager, and then they will tell you to just call customer service. Who will then make you wait for a long time also to say "tough luck." Do not buy the warranty, they do not honor it.
