Even though it is named after the capital of Ukraine and does carry a few Ukrainian items, this is a Russian owned store chock full of Soviet propaganda. Even their ice cream is called Soviet union. Disgusting.

We stopped in this market recently. We had a teenage Ukrainian refugee living with us. She fled Ukraine due to the war and requested we stop and buy some food she liked. I was wearing pro ukraine shirt. There were two older lady clerks at the store that did not like the shirt and made negative comments in Russian. They did not realize our teenager spoke fluent Russian besides Ukrainian. Very disappointing.

For starters Parking isn't the best. Prices are pretty high. The employee was really nice.
