I did a walk-in appointment for a classic mani/pedi. The pedi was first and it was nice. The technician forgot to put my flip flops on before the polish so I had to walk barefoot to the nail station. I didn’t like that and I could feel the dust on the floor. My mani already has cracks in it and it has been less than 24 hours. The technician didn’t clean the lotion off of my hands and nails before applying the polish. I would not recommend this salon to my friends.

I had a wonderful experience at this family-owned salon. When I am treating myself to a pedicure, it is SO VERY appreciated when the stylists are kind and friendly. Everyone here was happy, and I left there with a big smile on my face.

The nail technician did a nice job but seemed in a rush, even though there wasn't anyone waiting. They also rushed me out of the shop even though I mentioned I was waiting for my husband to pick me up. There were empty chairs in the waiting area, so I'm not sure what that was about.

Went in to get a pedicure and Vivi convinced me to get my nails done as well. I haven’t had a manicure since I got married 10 years ago and it is so lovely, I may be hooked now!

I am from out of town and my Mom goes to Kim’s Nails so she suggested that I go, Everyone there was very friendly. I had Sai do my nails and he is a man, He did a great job and I was very impressed with his talent (especially for a man) no offense to men, I wish my husband had those skills 😂. I would recommend them to anyone. The place was clean and had a great selection of products. Thank you for your services.

This is a very great place, the pedicure was amazing, it was a great massage, and VyVy is very capable at doing nails just as you want it. And Sy is new to the nail salon business but he does very good with the pedicures. Lastly, just the experience to be there was amazing everyone is so nice and welcoming, they make u feel like family.

Had a mani/pedi on my actual nails w/gel polish and am very happy with the results. A pleasant and positive experience. They were very personable and accommodating. Even learned how to say thank you, you're welcome and beautiful in Vietnamese. Hope I can remember for next time I go in! I highly recommend them.

This was a "girls day out" with my mom, sister and myself. A birthday gift from our mother as both of ours is at the end of June. I'm going to start with, if you can go somewhere else, DO. If you must go here, be very explicit every single second you are being attended to. Our mom decided she wanted to pamper herself and went with the most expensive. For that she got a whole layer of skin shredded off of her big toe and bled the entire time. She also got absolutely no sugar scrub or massage of any kind, which is odd because my sister's legs were massaged for 10 minutes on each leg and mine were 2 minutes each leg, maybe. (Her and I had the same package) My sister had wonderful treatment and experience. Everything went and looks beautiful! Mine... I sat and watched all of this happen with my feet in the jacuzzi for around 25-30 minutes. When it was my turn 3 different people took turns on my feet. One took 30 seconds with the pumice, another 20 seconds with the clippers and about 1 minute to clip. Yes, I'm serious and I needed a whole lot more!!! While the man came over to put lotion on my legs the lady brought the bowl of soapy water to my chair and had me reaching over my body, stretching across the arm of the chair to soak my finger tips. (I should say dip) She filed them, uneven and scratchy. They are split and peeling!! They are round and nothing is left. My cuticles were not pushed back. The French manicure looks like an elementary school student did it!
AND... We had appointments!!!!!
Speak up while you are there. I believe that's why they are the way they are, no one ever says anything.
It's chipping after 20 hours. Neato.
Btw... My mother wasn't even offered a discount after bleeding the entire time we were there! She should have been compt. Disgraceful.

My nails from this shop are well done and look very nice. I didn't have a great experience for a couple of reasons but these may not be an issue for others. One thing to know before you visit: bring cash for payment. Otherwise they only accept Venmo and they'll make you to run it as a personal transaction and not as a merchant transaction, which has additional protections. This made really uncomfortable but other people might not care. Update: Whatever they used on my legs during my pedicure dripped and stained the back of my shorts and I had to throw them out. Or, there was something on the chair I sat in for my pedicure that stained them and won't come out. Definitely will not be back
