I've had many blood draws. Some hurt, some don't.
This one was not a painful stick. But was an exceptionally painful and ridiculous communication process that she went through.
I wish I would have seen the name but all I remember is a lot of metal on the face. This gal needs more training in the customer service/relations aspect.

Would give a zero star. Made us wait past appointment time only to tell us to leave because they refused to do a paper order because the tech feared they may mess it up.

I went in for a routine employment drug screen. I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and when they finally took me back, they told me they couldn’t conduct my test because they couldn’t remember their log in information. It was required I complete my drug test the same day, so they sent me to a different location to “hope they can squeeze you in”.

RUN AWAY! Labcorp charges 5 times the highest normal fee for labs if you are not covered by insurance. Billed us $369.60 for Estrogen Fractionated lab test that Healthcare Bluebook reports should only cost $44-$83

Have had blood work done twice here. Both times the Dr never received the results.

Absolutely terrible. My daughter (3 y old) needed some blood work done. The tech a middle aged women (50s) literally yelled at her while she was already crying to stop moving. I mean she literally scared the shit out of my 3 y old. Another tech came running to help after she yelled. Totally unnecessary. Won’t be going back.

Horrible experience. The appointments can be walk in but they don't tell you that. I waited for 40 min then the rep working "Lost" my information and could not help me. She said "I have other people to help" there were two people who just checked in meaning no wait time. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Suggestion: Schedule people who don't have to work on their Birthday and schedule more people to work. Make it make sense.

They are so rude i couldn’t even have a normal conversation with them after being disrespected so many times. bossing me around i was so shocked they treated me like that. i literally hope they all get fired. im still in shock

I had a horrible experience at this LabCorp location when I brought my 11 year old nonverbal severely autistic son in for a blood draw. The tall young male tech was very rude and had a serious attitude problem and I ended up leaving with my son without getting the blood draw completed because it was all I could do not to bust his teeth down his throat.

I went in for a pre-employment drug screening. The employee who took care of me was very efficient and professional. He took care of me at the exact time of my appointment.

Scheduled my appointment online. Easy check in at the office. Was taken right back. The facility was clean. Even though my lab sheet didn’t have all codes on it, the technician didn't complain and was able to find all the draws needed. She was quick, professional and friendly. We bonded over babies. I was also impressed with the other technician who did a blood draw on a 6 or 7 year old. The technician did it in one try and was quick. The kid didn’t even cry.
